Good coffee shop in Union station. I usually just get pastries so I can't speak to their espresso drink quality. I have had there hot chocolate and that hot chocolate is lackluster. Steamed milk and a whisper of chocolate. Definitely disappointing.

The food appears to be very fresh, they have a good selection,. but it is not cheap..
there is limited seating as most of the places here in union station have.. The workers are courteous and they do a good job of getting you through the line as quickly as possible....
I just purchased a cup of their Moroccan lentil soup it is wonderful!... highly recommend it, and not one of their more expensive items...,
Really nice to have the subscription and almond milk. Wish they had earlier and later hours and more locations

Can not recommend this Pret enough. For $19.99/month, you can subscribe to Pret’s Unlimited Coffee Plan so I am in here a LOT. Yvonne and Rudi particularly are the absolute sweetest people. Even when I am working from home and have plenty of closer choices, I will ALWAYS go to this Pret because of them.
Lots of places to grab a quick bite and this modern-clean store is freashing!
The guy seemed a manager - i went around the line to see if they have more delicious mouth watering choc chip cookies. He explained affirmatively and told me that more are other place .I went back to the line. When it was my turn, he instantly asked if I wanted one or two. He remembered me . He quickly processed my order and gave me two yummy cookies! Love the guy s attitude!
I love this restaurant. The service is great, the keep things clean. The coffee is organic. The food is healthy and delicious..and the donate what is left over at the end of the day. What is not to love? I have been traveling to and from union station since 2012 and everytime I make sure to set aside some money for eating here.
I come here several times a week either for breakfast or lunch. All the ingredients are fresh and tasty. You never feel like you got some stale food or leftovers. Their egg and bacon is always delicous. Their egg salad sandwich is also very good and all their eggs are free range. For lunch the salads are freshly made and offer a wide range of options. If you want a quick bite that is healthy and of high quality, this is a great stop.
