Man, the burger I had here was SO good. Like I’ve eaten at lots of high end burger shops and plenty of five guys, but somehow this one just knocked it out of the park. The patties were super juicy and the toppings were fabulous. When getting fries I asked which size was best and he convinced me to get a small, and even that was too big! SO many fries. So unless you’re sharing, go with the little.
Always great food, always too many french fries, but just what you’re looking for when you want to good burger. Conveniently located in L’Enfant Plaza easily excessive bull through metro or one of the many local office buildings.
Five guys is always a beautiful place. The fries are plenty and the burgers are filling. My only issue is the prices. Today I bought a 2 patty bacon burger ($9.41), little size of fries (about $3.50), and a regular size drink (about $3.00). Not even McDonald's charges that much for their burgers.
It is 5 Guys. Good burgers, other choices and better fries. Access to build your own beverage machine a plus. Similar to any of the airport locations it provides solid fare from the standard menu. Breakfast offered here as well. I would place this location in the tourist category as visitors to the DC Mall, Spy Museum, etc. come here along with local office workers in droves. Pricing is high and lines tend to be long during peak lunch hours.
Best burgers, get a SMALL fry unless you can eat an entire paper bag of fries in one sitting- which I cannot. Great place to pop on over to when visiting the national Mall, it's a bit of a walk, but filled us way better and was cheaper than the food trucks.
This was probably the best Five Guys I have ever visited. The cashier was very friendly, the food was good, and the location was within a food court. This, however, meant that there were no peanuts to munch on but that is only a slight distraction. I ordered the 'veggie' burger and it was loaded with vegetables.

LOCATION - Note: This Five Guys is located within the metro "underground" area between HUD and USPS. It's not at the main street level.
The first time I came here, Five Guys forgot to add sauce to my burger. I returned to my desk disappointed and ate my burger as is. I submitted a survey and mentioned my experience.
Within two days, the store owner contacted me with his apologies, offered me a gift card, and invited me to return. I returned and was met with friendly staff (again) and received a complimentary meal. The store owner shocked me with his 100% dedication to customer service. I now go to this Five Guys at least once a week.
I've returned at least 3 times and my order has never been wrong.
The lunch time crowd is alive and well here but finding a place to sit with a family of four was quite easy. The burgers and fries are always wonderful however if grease is a problem for you then this joint is not for you.

The best fast food burgers! Their Cajun fries are delicious but very spicy. Their Oreo creme and cookies milkshake is so yummy!
