She was dealing with some gluten sensitivity issues at the time and Diamond was very accommodating in giving us GF options. On top of that she gave our daughter a sample of the harissa chicken to see if it was too spicy. Respect for that 👊🏼
The food was on par with any other fast casual Mediterranean style spot I’ve been to and Roti is definitely going into the mental Rolodex as a go-to spot for when we’re in DC
I’m not from the DMV area but when I found Roti I was curious. It was a great decision. I’ve been trying to go Keto and at the very least reduce my carbs when possible and let me tell you the Roti Mediterranean Keto Bowl is AMAZING! It tastes so good and let me tell you it’s so hard to find Keto options. Especially one this good and close to home. The guy working was cool and the app has good deals also.

Mediterranean chicken bowl was good tasting but the chicken was a bit cold while there was plenty more sitting on the stove. Service was also subpar most likely because there was only a single worker, though I was one of only two customers inside. Most likely will just go to Potbelly if I’m ever in the area again.
Came here around 8pm with my family of 7. The food was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly. Honestly the staff was effing awesome. It was an hour before closing and they weren't treating us any differently, when we picked out bottles of water/drinks by the register the guy checking us out went out of his way to make sure we had the refrigerated beverages instead. They took the extra time and care to make sure the food we ordered was fresh and not whatever was left out during the day. I wish we had one of these places back home in Boston. Allthough think of it as a chipolte but with a Mediterranean/middle eastern twist. The Google photos are misleading. However I hope the owners of the store reads this because the people working here deserve a raise, I don't remember seeing a tipping option, if there was I would of tipped heavily. 100% recommend.
Flavors were honestly pretty mediocre. The falafel was good.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff. If your looking to grab a healthy quick bite, definitely check this place out. The inside is clean and spacious. They offer outside seating as well and free WiFi.
They offer a wide variety of foods and drinks to appease anyone’s taste buds. I will definitely be coming back.
Diamond was literally the nicest employee I’ve ever met - she was so friendly I would come back just to talk to her again (and the food was great :)
The service and general dryness—not enough to deter the flavor, but still noticeable—decreased this rating.
I got the spicy chicken bowl with fixings. There was no cucumber salad left, and barely any avocado dressing, but no worker really made a move to rectify that either. Overall the food flavoring was good and the chicken was perfection.
The place to lineup was weird because it was a dead end and not a loop. Regardless I’d go back again.
Fresh ,tasty and healthy food, very clean place and I don't know why ppl complain about the customer Service. The staff are very friendly and professional. They welcome you with a big smile and treat you good. Will definitely come back other time.
