Absolutely the best Curry I've every eaten. All the dishes served to our table were fantastic.
Delicious food and great service. Also provide an awesome gluten-free menu and options which is really appreciated!
I am a huge fan of Thai food and can confidently say that this restaurant's food meets all the criteria for delicious Thai cuisine. It's a family-oriented restaurant with kind and helpful staff. The service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely go back!
Good food & good prices!! Spent only $50 for two large & tasty meals. Food came out quick too, only 10 mins. Got the Red Curry & the Pad See Eew, both 10/10. My friend has a dairy allergy so many options here as well!
mai thai is great for large groups. the food isn’t the *best* thai youll ever have but its great value for the money with a variety of classic thai curries, rice and noodle dishes, and entrees.
there is also sushi but i think its not the best quality fish
Although the food doesn't satisfy my appetite, the service is great!
Green curry doesn't really blend in the ingredients and Fried calamari is not impressed.
Pad Thai tastes a bit too heavy for me but still fine. It is basically a safe choice in all Thai restaurants.
Would recommend trying other dishes if you come.
Checked this place out on the recommendation of a friend and after reading the reviews online I admit we were a little skeptical. We were presently surprised.
The food was tasty. The service was extremely friendly and very quick as well. We did our best to try new to us foods and they turned out great.
Good but I wish I knew then what I know now.
This is kind of a tough review to write because in a way, the problem was my own fault in ordering. I ordered the panang curry (mild) with chicken, and guess what? That's exactly what I got. Curry and chicken, no veg. It did come with rice, but I was surprised at how... minimalist the dish was. It wasn't until later that I realized that if I wanted veg I needed to ask for it. It's on the menu and it doesn't show an upcharge. I just wish that being a new customer that would have been pointed out to me as I ordered.
I love curry, but even with it's complex flavors it can become almost boring when that flavor and texture has no variation. Anyway, enough of that, now you know that if you want vegetables (which you should) you need to ask for them.
This panang curry was pretty good. I feel like the texture was just right as it wasn't thick like a gravy or too thin to sauce the rice. The peanut was present but not overpowering and the sweetness was on the sweeter side, but good for me. I think I could have taken a touch more peanut, but overall satisfying and identifiable as a panang curry. I'm not someone who likes to sweat while I eat and mild worked for me, but I think my wife would have found it too hot for her palate.
The chicken added to the curry was just okay. Clearly the method of cooking is to cook everything separately and throw them together on the plate. It makes sense to keep the curry open to a vegetarian option, but it means the chicken basically has no flavor. It's also very easy to overcook (and was) since it's probably sitting in a hot tray or something.
Overall it was still good, filling and worth recommending.
I popped into this spot on a break and was so pleasantly surprised. I had a ginger cocktail and it was so good! My entree was an eggplant dish with pork and it was delicious. It was a nice serving size and I couldn't eat it all.
I sat at the bar and the bartender gave just the right amount of attention. The kitchen was very efficient. The atmosphere is very cool. I would definitely love to come for dinner one day.
Food was good, but nothing particularly special. A little on the pricier side. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere.
In a great area and great atmosphere. We ordered a few things and all were delicious! The pineapple fried rice and curry were delicious! Pricing was decent in comparison to other restaurants in the area.
Food was delicious. Went with big group and everyone was happy with their meal. But, 4/5 stars because the pitcher drinks were fruit punch disguised as a cocktail… skip the pitcher (so tempting because the price is crazy low) and order your own personal cocktail and trust me - you will be so much happier (well, that is if you like alcohol in your cocktails). The night we were there it was full of Georgetown students - love that! We sat outside and service was great. Recommend for a very casual night out for inexpensive giant bowl of pad Thai and a fun drink with an umbrella in it.
