The service was overall great! From the warm inviting greeting to our waitress, who was very friendly. The food was delicious! I had the Glamburger and fried asparagus fries. The portions are HUGE! I took a to-go box, and so did my family, who had ordered the fried macaroni and cheese burger, fried macaroni and cheese balls, and steak. Parking was easy. We parked in the the garage, and the elevator lets you off right by the restaurant.
Stopped in for some cheesecake after the Citi DC Open tennis games, and despite being close to closing time, we still had a great experience. Our waiter was absolutely wonderful; he was super friendly and even offered us glasses of ice for the warm water bottles we carried in with us.
He overheard us making birthday plans, for a member of our group, for later in the month and proactively had happy birthday written on her cheesecake plate and a lit candle in the cheesecake.
The cheesecake was fantastic as usual, but our waiter made the experience 10x better.
Totally worth it. Food is really delicious. I had the monte Cristo, very yummy. My girlfriend had the green chilaquiles. They were really delicious too. Service was slow tho. Don’t expect great service. Don’t go there for the experience. Go there for really yummy food.
A bit more than many in downtown DC (@ 20$) for a meal. But the portions were very generous, leaving us with plenty of leftovers. 2 meals with drinks and two cheesecakes were about (80$) after tax & tip. The food was good too, the tenders were crispy and flavorful. And the Rita special seamed ample and well displayed.
It’s all about the experience when you come here (and the free unlimited bread which is always the best thing on the table) I got the soft chicken tacos and they were 90% onions but the fries were surprisingly good. Our waitress was so so lovely and attentive. She was willing to accommodate our large party and all of our needs. The Long Island iced tea was a nice pour and decent size even though it was a bit pricy. Overall, the vibe is the goal here and it was accomplished based on the bread and the waitress alone.
I was there celebrating my friend's birthday. The food was excellent as usual and our server Malachi was absolutely fantastic! And of course I had to get my red velvet cheesecake & tried the pineapple upside-down cheesecake and of course they were delicious! My friend says he really didn't like cheesecake, but decided to try the pineapple upside-down cheesecake & now he loves cheesecake. I love it that I can dine in as well as have it delivered. As usual we had an awesome experience at The Cheesecake Factory! ☺️
I've been to many locations but this is one of my most favorite. I continue to be very happy with this location and The Cheesecake Factory.

Had a fabulous mother daughter day that ended with dinner at Cheesecake. The Avocado eggrolls were supreme. Loved the dipping sauce that accompanied.... sweet and tangy. We ordered the fish tacos and the fish and chips. Everything was hot and fresh. There was a lot of food to take home because we devoured the bread that comes as soon as you are seated. That too was fresh and warm enough to melt cold butter. The pineapple mojito and peach lemonade were very tasty. We closed with two slices of cheesecake: Oreo and a caramel turtle. Our server was very attentive during the busy dinner rush and made sure our table was happy and satisfied. The only downside to this was our booth was by the server station so it was noisy at times with the dishes. Will definitely be back.
Hi! Hope, you are well. I am thanks for asking. So onto the review. Not a bad location. I’ve dined here several times. On average all different times and situations considered, the wait time is not too too bad. Waiters , servers etc are all generally nice and somewhat knowledgeable. Great variety in the menu for carnivores, pescatarians and vegans (oh my!) cheesecakes are all amazing (my personal favorite is the Mango Key Lime!!). Everyone knows The Cheesecake Factory is a great place to eat, it’s a great experience. Good food, good people great service. My server name was Dominque she was very helpful in helping my wife and I choose food and drinks. She made sure our drinks stayed full and had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable. I had a great time, I will be going back.
