Kids had cal roll, tofu salad, volcano roll, spicy call roll, gyoza, avocado roll, and topped with mochi. Adults had udon, calamari. Edemame, tofu salad, gyoza. Vegetable tempura, sashimi, poke bowl...
Order directly from the tablet on the table and the food gets delivered by train. Really liked it because with smaller portions you get to try more things. I definitely recommend to take your time and once your done eating order again. Really enjoyed the fried shrimp sushi special roll. Little bit of a wait time because there’s only a limited amount of people allowed inside at once. Definitely a fun experience!
Our server Maika is amazing, first time ever here. I recommend this place he was amazing so professional and kind. Thanks so much for your hospitality, and excellent services. Now and days is hard to get this treatment and we were 5. Thanks great job.
So simple, but so much FUN and so GOOD. The Spicy Tuna is on point!!! The days of the conveyor belt are gone. Conveniently order your choices from the touch screen at each seat, and your food is delivered directly to you via a train.

We arrived at lunchtime and were seated promptly. The seater was very friendly and took us to a table that was quiet. After seated, the music suddenly got really loud, and was full of static and breaks (we thought that they were in the process of adjusting their sound system, but it continued) . After about 3 minutes we asked the server if something could be done about the blasting irritating static, and he brought over Kyle, the manager who took care of the situation immediately. He also returned sever times to make sure we were ok. He said that it was important that we had a great dining experience, and that he was there to do that. We were really impressed by his attitude and how he took immediate action. This combined with the delicious food there put this location as a favorite. Our server Chris, was also really good. Our water glasses and needs were always taken care of. All in all, what might have been a bad dining experience, turned out to be really pleasant because of the excellent service.

Had an amazing time at this Genki Sushi location! The service was absolutely top notch and were happy to answer all of my silly (first timer) questions on what to expect and how to order. I was also surprised to see they had an alcohol menu.
If you're new to this kind of place like I was, essentially you order your menu items (up to 4 at a time) from an iPad like device and the food is delivered to your table via a conveyor belt system from the kitchen. You take the food off the belt and you press the yellow button to send the tray back. At the very end when you want to pay, you call the waiter over and they count the plates on your table and depending on the colors of plates, the final price is determined. The price/color for each item is also on the iPad ordering device. They do give 10% military discounts here Sun-Thurs!
The menu is very extensive and had a bunch of Japanese favorites! My total (with discount) was about $84 for myself and my wife.. $14 of which were my two large beers. We spent more than we expected to, but we also tried a lot of foods that looked good too, so next time we'll have a better idea as to what we like and the bill will be smaller.
We left absolutely stuffed and we'll be back!
Sushi was amazing and my mom, dad, brother, his wife, my two nieces, and I sat at a table across from each other. We ordered through the portable tablet device hanging near the conveyor belt and when the food came we grabbed the food and had to press a yellow button near the tablet to return the tray the food came in. They count the plates that the sushi comes in later when its time to get the check. It was kinda loud but then again its always that way in restaurants. Sushi is always fresh in Hawaii. Total cost for 7 of us was $170 with 7 black plates, 5 red, 2 white, 2 green, 1 gray, 1 blue, 2 spongebob popsicles and drinks. Also whatever you cant eat, you can ask for a box to take the extra food home.
Quick and easy service. You order on the screen. Food comes to you via “train.” Minimal contact with servers. Food tastes pretty good too. I would eat here again and recommends this place to others.
The wait is always long. But, to me, this is not a bad sign. It only means that the demand for Genski Sushi is high n that food is great, otherwise why would there be such a long line everyday? So, yes, its a great sushi place. Once you're in, there is no waiting anymore. Food starts rolling out with8n minutes of submitting your orders. I highly recommend this place.
Great place to eat! Food is excellent 👌 and the service is amazing. If you are looking for a great sushi place you must check this one out.
