First impression is they are well organized from setting up a service appointment and check in, communication with you as to what is going on with the vehicle to checkout, getting vehicle to you quickly and at a reasonable price. James was our service writer and he was on top of it the whole time. The job was done right the first time and the facility is modern and clean. We've got a new favorite Ford dealer in the area now! Looks like a great place to buy a new Ford. Tell them I sent you 😁
Hands down. Thank you, Beach Ford. My transmission was having issues. Beach Ford got me in quickly to do a diagnostic & so far, so good it was a smooth ride home after the repair, which was done on the same day. Another Ford dealership in Norfolk, whom I purchased my vehicle from & have done all the maintenance needed wouldn't get me in until Dec 18 needless to say they've lost 2 customers and Beach Ford has now gained 2 new customers....
Beach Ford Service Center did a great job. Their drop-off service has been streamlined and made it easy to leave my truck to be inspected. They called me back in a short amount of time with my inspection. The only hitch in it all was at checkout. They needed to have a few more people doing them to expedite the whole process. Overall, it was a great experience.
I bought a Lincoln Mkx from a dealer in Florida and drive it back to my home in VB. It was a special car not available nearby. I noticed it was running sluggish. I brought it to Beach Ford for service since they are the industry standard for Ford maintenance and repairs. They determined it was in Eco mode. They put it in standard node and educated me how to use it. Then, they would bit accept payment! Incredible. What fantastic, honorable service. No reason that. Go anywhere else

Friendly staff, a huge Cafe that not only let's u buy anything to eat but they give complimentary coffee & water! Huge, clean waiting area for customers w/a giant screen TV..great service.. quick & friendly

Mobile tech, Isaac Taylor, came to my house and fixed an airbag recall in about 10 minutes, in my driveway. This could not have been an easier or more convenient experience! I hope they extend this program to include other services.
We had driven to Virginia Beach for a quick trip to the Boardwalk when after getting gas, our Lincoln MKX started emitting a loud sound from the driver's side door speaker that we couldn't shut off. We drove to Beach Ford nearby and explained the issue to Ann at the service deck. We had no appointment, and we expected to have to spend hours there, but Ann had someone adjust the sound system settings to make the sound go away, and we were in our way again in a very short time. And to top it off, no charge! A top notch customer focus. Thanks Ann and Beach Ford!
