There was an issue with the order (minor, at best) and I didn’t check to make sure everything was correct before leaving. Because who unwraps every burger after going through the drive-through? I went inside to try and remedy the situation and the staff was not only understanding, but immediately resolved the situation. The food at this Wendy’s location tastes great and the service is quality.
The food is typically good, but the parking lot isn't big and you have to drive around the building after picking up your food. You cannot just drive right out. The service has been quick in my many visits there.
There was a bit of a delay at the drive-through. My order had to be adjusted a bit, but the team was helpful and apologetic. Kudos on the Blueberry Pomegranate Lemonade. I totally loved it.
Today I couldn't get the app to work. So after 10 minutes of trying I went through the drive-through and the manager gave me my free chili as long as I purchased something and I feel much happier it all tasted great. I hope they figure out what's causing that so that it never happens again. I was too hungry and ate my chicken sandwich too fast but I can take a picture of the chili
My family has been visiting this location for years and I have to say my visit on 10/11/2023 has been the best in over 10 years! The young lady on drive thru was amazing and the gentlemen that was at the second window was just as great!
Whoever did my biggie bag order today (May 1st, 2023 at about 5:45-6:20 pm), I love you. The most perfect biggie bag ever, everything was perfect. The fries were longer than my finger and so crispy, my chicken sandwich was all hot and warmed up. My chicken nuggets were soft (a bit too soft for my liking but I still like it) and warm. My drink was also different but I still love it.
Got breakfast. Service was great, order was ready very fast. The food was excellent.
There are no family size nuggets in this location. Only family size chili. Nor do they have 20 piece deals. But it's close to my house, so it's not a real bother.
