I went in for the new Melts they advertised for $6.99 and the boneless wings for $1.00 if you purchase a melt. Christian helped me look it up online since there were no other customers at the time but we never found the add-on deal for the boneless wings. I purchased the meat lovers and asked for extra marinara in the side. When I picked it up Kat was kind enough to check the box and put in the additional sauce. The marinara isn’t as good as I remembered but the melt is a folded over pizza and had good flavor and a crisp crust. Nice employees and I’d order the melt again. It’s not a dine restaurant… carry out only.
Oh my goodness. I was extremely happy. These are the most perfect pizzas I've ever seen. They tasted just as good. 10 stars
I recently ordered food from Pizza Hut at the Lynnhaven and Princess Ann location, and I was blown away by the service, and the taste of their food. Everything was made as I requested, delivered promptly, and the delivery driver was the most polite delivery person I have ever met in my entire life. I have been ordering food from this particular location for many, many, years, and have NEVER, been disappointed. 😊

The reason for the 4 stars is because of the delivery driver. Very polite and friendly. If it wasn't for him it would be 3 stars as the pizza was barely warm when we received it. I understand delays happen however, if there was a delay it cooled off my pizza. Lol!
Ordered pizza from this location because I had to stop at the Walmart near by. Pizza Hut always has great sales randomly, so I had to take advantage of thaaaaaat.
When I arrived I was greeted by Ravlyn She then asked me if I wanted to see my pizza, and I said yes. I wanted to eat it right then and there honestly. She was very polite and had great customer service. I didn't even have to ask pepper or cheese like I normally do, it was an automatic question.

I placed my order on line and for some reason the order I placed didn't go to the store right. When the driver brought the order and I looked at it I realized it was wrong. He was very professional,honest and helpful by suggesting I call the store and tell the manager what happened. The manager was professional and helpful too.I told him what I order and they remade my order and I received it in less than 45 minutes. The pizza was OUTSTANDING along with the bone in honey BBQ wings. Thank you 😊
