Nicest cashier I’ve met at a Mc Donald’s. He had long brown hair, short shave, ethnicity white. Not sure if it was just because it was Thanksgiving, but super energetic and happy to be at work. 5 stars for him!
While Customer service is getting worst & worst every year in all businesses… Trestin, a cashier is making the difference , always nice, polite , professional and make sure you leave happy … it’s so rare nowadays that it has to be said . You can tell this guys leaves his problems home and gives his best all the time ! Thanks man and good luck for everything
The manager was actually working the window and was soooo friendly and polite and yes this is fast food but was nice to see they cared hard to find at McDonald’s these days. Food was hot and fresh and honestly was the quality you won’t every time I now pass about three McDonald’s around me just to go here they never make a beat !
I was a truck driver for 2 years and was forced to eat at fast food restaurants all the time. But I have to tell you this place is consistent. The food is always hot and well prepared. The presentation is good that wrapped correctly. The food aint slide off the bun. By far this is the best mcdonald's i've ever been to.
Absolutely amazing, friendly staff. Got a free drink voucher that lasts a year just because of a minor inconvenience.
Manager does a great job & works super hard. Drive-thru staff was awesome and so lovely to chat with during my wait.

Had an issue with an order, they were very kind to replace the wrong item with the correct item with no issue and no lip like Norfolk, VA locations. I would drive out of Norfolk to not deal with idiots.
Great customer service. Very cheerful and helpful. Attention to details. Clean and welcoming. One of the top McDonald's I've been to.
