Good 711 for the beach. There are no public restrooms, so don't ask, because that's store policy. But I'm pretty sure that if you just find and use the bathroom discretely and tidlyily it's not going to be a problem.

The store is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and they keep the area outside safe and inviting as well.

Honors rewards/discounts through app. Highly recommend this location over the one down the street, as they don’t. To be specific this location: 1010 Pacific Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. Don’t go there.
