This particular Panera is very fast and efficient. The staff is nice, the food good and they get you in and out very quickly. Great for a lunch on a workday.
Even though they were doing a very brisk lunch business at the time of our visit, our food came to the table very fast and exactly what we ordered. Very pleased with food and service�
Going to Panerai is a big deal for us, since it is over an hour trip. The food we like is good when they have it. We love the loaf of cheesy bread, but they don't make enough so most of the time they are out. It makes for great roast beef sandwiches, and we just made a roast last night, so looking forward to the sandwiches tonight since we were close because of a doctor's appointment, and getting home late. We got the Danish ring which is good, but would be better if they had a Danish with fruit and cheese together.
The food was excellent as usual, but lately the service leaves much to be desired. Orders were incomplete, and when we attempted to have them completed the kitchen staff seemed resentful and still failed to get the order right. After my third attempt to have my smoothy made I finally gave up and got a refund for it instead.
I am definitely a fan of dislocation, living across the street from it I frequently get breakfast here my order is always made correctly, and I always get acknowledged when I walk in

I get coffee and a bagel here while waiting for my son to climb nearby. Coffee often is tepid, but the bagels are good. It's a pleasant enough place to hang out for an hour. Nice outdoor seating.
I had the pleasure of meeting Laniyah from the back who was working so hard and had a great smile. I also met Bryant the manager who is working just as hard and keeps this location looking great. Love IT
I walked in during a "staff" mtg held by Ashley which I loved seeing.. every business needs to do that.. I gave her a high five on that.
Their food is always good and they respect the customer I don't like and never will if a business automatically adds a tip if you were picking stuff up at the counter that they've done your no service keep that in mind people just because we have a generation that then they should be tipped for taking your money
It's okay. My food was messed up. The supervisor Mikayla or Nikayla was very nice and helpful
Love this location! Kelly is so nice and always remembers me and takes the time to ask how I am doing and genuinely cares about the customers coming into her store. You need 10 more employees like her! She is fast, friendly and always greets everyone with a smile!
