The food was delicious, I wasnt feeling well so I ordered and I was so happy I did. The Singapore pancit was delicious and spicy enough to clear me up. Another thing was wonderful was that the food was still hot even when I ordered. Sometimes food elsewhere is cold but this was still steamy. And even when I saved half of the Singapore, the next day it was still pact with flavor. So thank you!
Soooo impressed with this restaurant's customer service. We placed an order (after numerous calls to the restaurant asking a ton of questions) through doordash and it never was delivered. The driver said that she "delivered it to where it told her to go" yet, no order was found. We live in a complex with numerous buildings so we literally walked into each building to see if it was left in the wrong area. It wasn't. RE-ordered and called the restaurant to let them know and they had that order cooked and delivered within 20 minutes. Food was piping hot, delicious, and they ever threw in some extra fortune cookies (I guess they thought we needed the luck haha). They were ALWAYS courteous when I called and never annoyed with all my questions. I will definitely be back just for their customer service alone. MUCH appreciated!!! THANK YOU!!!
This Jade Garden is an excellent place to find quality Asian food. You get what you pay for as well, your dollar goes a long way. The portions sizes are great. Staff is friendly and the place is clean.
The man who almost always is there is great. He has a good memory and us a great multitasker. I'm picky about my food and gave up my Chinese joint I went to for 20+ years to start going here. Food yummy fast and fair prices.
Omg let me say the Chinese shrimp fried rice was so good and the Beef lo mein u can taste the seasonings omg I’m from up north, I been searching for the same taste I found it it’s so good!!
Honestly, it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the 757. I work all over the Hampton roads area and have been to many other Chinese restaurants, but this place is one of the best.
My last review for this location was not good. Only 2 stars. I originally gave jade garden a great review with my first visit l absolutely loved this place and made it there quite frequently only to see the quality and service decline to the point I stopped going. The fake crab meat and poor quality was the last straw. After 6 months decided to give it another try and happy I did. The noodles were the freshest I have ever had. Sweet and sour pork was perfect. Service was extremely fast and professional. I am happy I decided to give it another go.
A very good experience for me. I only wanted the chicken wings, 3 orders in all. Really appreciate the fact that they serve you whole wings, rather than the typical "pieces ". They said 45 minutes for the delivery, but it was there early, in only 30 minutes; a happy surprise. The wings were piping hot and they included packets of soy, duck and hot sauce. Also came with several napkins and plates as well. The chicken wings were very good; much better than KFC, or some of the other chicken establishments. I really enjoyed
them, very meaty and also very nice and crispy too. I would definitely recommend this place to others. , based on my recent experience. Great! Thank you!
The food was very good. It was prepared and packed nicely. It was hot and fresh.. The only thing that prevents my 4 stars from being 5 stars was the exterior area...I felt unsafe...random people just milling about, the stench of cigarettes was not only outside but inside the pickup area. It seemed I could get some food, and just maybe score some drugs and maybe a companion for the evening. Not good. As much as I liked the food, I would probably not pick up from this place again. Please grow your business and get away from this location.
Like Yin has its Yang, every Food Lion has its associated Chinese take-out, equal in magnitude and opposite in direction. However, from time to time there is an imbalance in nature. This is one of those times. This Chinese take-out establishment is a cut above the rest. The vegetables are fresh, the sweet and sour pork is light and crispy, and the egg rolls exude wisdom! Don't let the negative reviews fool you... This is what other Chinese take-out places aspire to be!
