Just got an 8 piece. Staff friendly. Service was very fast chicken was better than expected definitely considering I came 30 minutes before closing. Does have a drive thru. Could use some updating.
We pre-ordered chicken for pickup using the website. While our order was 10 minutes late, it was Father's Day, so we understood the delay. Still, the online ordering made the process easy.
The chicken was delicious- moist and meaty. Fried to perfection, as it usually is. A little on the expensive side, it was definitely worth it.
All of their food is amazing, and their prices are way better than the Colonel's. They offer food options not commonly offered by others, like fried okra and fried chicken livers & gizzards. Their staff is friendly, and the place is kept very clean. Can't beat it!
They have some of the best chicken. But they recently switched to flounder and I was not pleased with the texture, so I wont order that again. It was very mushy. It may have been my order or how they cooked it. The service was excellent and highly accommodating. It is well known that you may wait a bit when you go into pollard's, so I cant complain about that. Lol Its worth it.
The chicken is cooked perfectly. Cole slaw is flavorful. Dessert puffs are similar to beignets and are great with honey. The coconut cake is delicious.
We ordered our food at the drive through. The attendant had a little trouble with our order due to a new computer system. He ultimately was able to place the order. When we got to the pickup window, we were advised that the order would take 13 minutes to cook. We were a little surprised, but ok if they were cooking it fresh. The attendant was very friendly and kind. They even gave us 2 free desserts because of the delay.
Best chicken place I have EVER been to. The people were awsome along with the food. I am the pickiest eater and I really dont like fried chicken but I loved this place and will be going back again!! Thank you for everything even though I made a mistake about the sugar on the sweet potato fries (I am from Texas and never even heard of that) but they fixed it for me and did it with a smile!! I am recommending to everyone that they try this place for the awsome crew and the best food ever
Discent parking area. It's not too bad to get to. They make good chicken. We love the biscuits with honey. They have good customer service. All location can get busy so be prepared to wait during peak hours.
The chicken was good, but we ordered all dark meat; waited, while they said they had to cook it, and got home to find they completely got our order wrong. I'm only giving them so many stars because at least what we brought home was good, even though it wasn't what we ordered.
The menu has lots of options to choose from. Most of the staff are pleasant. The food taste great and the order is always hot and correct.. The sweet tea is definitely a bonus and there are lots of dessert options. The bread pudding is amazing.
Love Pollards. It has gone downhill since the Pollards I remember as a kid but the food is still pretty good. Love the chicken strips and the doughballs with honey. The restaurant is certainly nothing fancy and could use some updating and cleaning.
