Stellar place for BBQ food! We went a couple of years ago, but decided to come back memorial day weekend to refresh our memories. It was, hands down, the best BBQ place I've ever been to both flavor and "worth it" wise. Their chili, onion rings, ribs, and pulled pork sandwiches were excellent! This is a great option if you like takeout places since you just order, and you sit down and wait for your meal to be called. They also have their own homemade sauces that they provide and my personal favorite was their "Gold" sauce. Check this place out!
Everything was excellent! We got there about 30 minutes before closing time and the food was hot and fresh even though it was the end of the day. Between the 4 of us, we got the 1/2 fried chicken,1/2 BBQ chicken, sliced brisket sandwich and the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. For sides, we tried the beans, Mac and cheese, hush puppies, fries and onion rings. Everything was so good! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back if we ever visit VB again. The staff was also very friendly,even though we got there so close to closing time, and we even got a song-a-long show from the kitchen. Great experience and great food! In the words of my 13 y/o son, this food is so good, I think I'm gonna cry 😆
I got Bully BBQ combo, I was impressed with the customer service just as much as I was by the food. The pictures don’t do it justice because I got it to go and drove 30 minutes before. It travels well and the way the bagged it up, everything was warm when I arrived to eat. The pork bbq or the potato salad were my favorite, the collards had a strong vinegar taste which I really enjoyed. The beef was just as good but the pork stole the show. I will be trying the entire menu in the near future.
We went as a large group this past weekend after the Breast Cancer Walk. We had no issues getting in our finding seats. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions about the menu. The food and service was amazing! Fresh! We will definitely be back!
Beach bully is awesome. I always get the beef ribs and fries. The fries are so good and the beef ribs are smoky and tender. The bbq sauce is good too.
Came here looking for some dinner. The BBQ wasn't my first choice but I would rather give it a try. I ordered fried shrimp with a side of beefy beans and cole slaw. My fiance ordered brisket bbq with fries and hush puppies. The food was actually great and we fell in love with the brisket. I also enjoyed my beefy beans. I would recommend 10/10.
I love barbecue beef ribs and it pains me that so few places have them on the menu. So when I saw that my beloved beef ribs were available, I ordered them up for delivery. Using door dash, the ribs and sides arrived super fast. These ribs, ordered with their standard barbecue sauce came with abundant meat that was tender, almost fall off the bone but with amazing texture, juicy, with the perfect amount of salt and black pepper. I ordered the king portion and it came with 4 ribs leaving me still a little hungry. The Mac and cheese side was just the right amount of cheesy, creamy deliciousness and combined with the rich taste of the beef had me very happy. The only recommendation I would make is that they give the option of ordering additional ribs and charging on a per- rib basis. I am both sad and grateful that I live in New York and that I can't order these beautiful ribs because I would happily eat them every day for the rest of my life.
This how BBQ is supposed to be done! Counter-service restaurant serving up a good variety of BBQ and sides at very reasonable prices. Located a couple blocks off Atlantic Avenue, it was surprising to find a place this good in VB. We ate here two different times on our recent visit. I had the 1/2 BBQ chicken the first night and a pulled pork sandwich the second night. Both were delicious. Loved the sides as well - cole slaw, baked beans, potato salad, mac & cheese. It's a shame that there aren't BBQ places like this in New York.
By far my favorite BBQ place!! Their BBQ is so flavorful and delicious! They got a wide selection of food bbq, chicken, seafood. I always get the pulled bbq sandwich and Mac and cheese and their hush puppies. Yum! Please check out!
Excellent BBQ in the Vibe! Ate here twice in one week. Pork BBQ was great both days, Beefy beans were fantastic the first day but the second day seemed like they opened a cheap can of pork and beans.... They were 100% different for some odd reason and were very so so. Potato salad was fantastic both days I ate here. Will definitely return again for more. Also, staff is great and full of personality. Kim and the lunch staff are friendly and fun. Restaurant is clean and well laid out. Outdoor seating looks very nice as well.
