Great new find! Food was fresh and tasty. I had shrimp with handmade noodles and a crispy vietnamese spring roll with pork and a hint of spice in the dipping sauce. I will be back! They also have Friday night karaoke and they schedule party nights with a DJ and dancing. Nice new spot for the younger demographic here in town.
If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese food, Miss Saigon is the place to go. As someone who is born and raised in Asia, I am very familiar with authentic and delicious Asian food. I will never be able to justify spending a cent on a dish that isn't authentic or a dish that I can make myself but Miss Saigon's filet mignon pho, lemongrass pork tenderloin and their egg rolls are so on point, it's worth every dollar spent on my meal (even when I know how to make my own). Their price is really reasonable considering how much time, effort and detail is put in it. The service is really great. The owners are one of the most friendly people I have met in town. They are genuine and always making sure that my friends and I have a good experience there and not only delicious food. I'm so glad that I can to try out this new restaurant. I'm looking forward to coming back as often as I can!
The food is just amazing! Everything was fresh, delicious and flavorful. We loved it! Better than most Vietnamese restaurants I’ve ever been in the US. Definitely will be back when I’m visiting Vero Beach!
Hidden in a side parking lot, this well-decorated, Vietnamese sit-down restaurant has a tiny menu.
But the service is very kind and friendly; almost like family.
My vegetable noodle dish was just fine (if not a bit too salty), and my friend (who said he was not at all hungry) could not stop eating his seafood noodle soup.
The owner told us to come back for the hurricane party (hurricane Dorian, August 2019); she said she was making 100 bowls of Pho. If I was nearby, I would come stay with you!

The food is very tasty, visually appealing and the correct temperatures. Miss Saigon is by far my new favorite restaurant in Vero Beach. The staff and the owners are amazing and very attentive. Great experience for sure. Miss Saigon Restaurant is also my Fiancé’s favorite new restaurant as well. The have a great party night on Fridays starting at 9pm with a DJ, Karaoke and great food. I highly recommend checking out Miss Saigon Restaurant.

My friend recommended I visit this restaurant. I am so glad I did! The owner and his wife are lovely and the food is delicious. She cooks the food herself! The prices are very reasonable. If you want to try authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this is a must.
