We have lived here for a few years, and in that amount of time, not everything has been without any issue, but that is anywhere you go. I will admit the monthly rent increase and residents speeding through the complex are the reason I gave a 4 star review. Also my apartment “label” or plaque showing the apartment number is in a very inconvenient and uneasily accessible area making deliveries difficult.
They are more proactive and communicative with requests or issues. I had an issue with my A/C in the middle of summer and it was fixed and replaced within 48 hours, at no extra expense to me. The staff is super friendly and the tenants are equally as.
Another year at Mansion House Apartments. For the most part, I am enjoying my stay. With every complex, there are always pros and cons. The one con that I have about this place is the laundry room. It only works off and on. That is not their fault though. It is an outside company that isn't doing their job. The management and maintenance staff are very nice and always try to work as quickly and effectively as they can if I have an issue. I recommend Mansion House. There are things to do at the complex as well as in any direction that you drive.
Great place to live in. The apartments are great and convenient.
I lost my glasses and it looks like one of the residents found it and gave it to the office. That tells you how safe this place is.
Why choose the Mansion House for your home? I can list about 10 different reasons. I’ll keep it short by only listing 3 reasons.
#1. Management & Staff. The management and staff are fair and treat tenants the way they; themselves desire to be treated
#2. Factual Representation. Unlike other Landlords the marketing of the rental property and amenities doesn’t misrepresent and exaggerate the factual attributes of the rental property and amenities
#3. Quiet. Enforcing the quiet enjoyment rights and lease terms of an apartment within an apartment building can be challenging. It has been quiet during my lease term allowing me to have quiet enjoyment of my apartment.
Its an amazing place to live, friendly staff, beautiful scenery. Theres lots of amenities and access to a pool and fitness center. Theres also many attractions within walking distance
Since I moved into Mansion House, it has been great, quiet, the environment is so clean, and the security is excellent. Most importantly, the management are great people, very kind, and always putting smiles on residents' faces. The maintenance crew is friendly and always available to take care of any maintenance request. I will highly recommend anyone to the mansion house, especially if you are a teacher who needs a quiet environment to prepare lesson plans.
I have lived in a different apartments the major problem I have had has been the smell of cigarettes coming from my neighbor's vents, and hearing neighbor voices and also some cockroach problem. But Mansion House is a home and smoke-free environment.
I've only lived here a short time but it's been great. It's very quiet and I feel very safe. I have loved watching the beautiful sunsets from my giant balcony every evening. My neighbors have all been very friendly and the staff is fantastic. The maintenance guys are polite and helpful as well. I can't wait for summer so I can use the gorgeous pool! Once remodeling is done, I would definitely give 5 stars.
Great location – honest info
Moved in late Sept due to roommate issues. Overall, good place to live.
Pros:
• Location – easy to get around the city and Riverwalk is close by.
• Safety – gated parking and security cameras in common areas (not floor hallways)
• On-site managers – helpful and professional
• Extras – pool, gym, bi-weekly yoga, on-site laundry ($4 per load to wash & dry)
• Common areas are clean
• Tons of storage in apartment
Cons:
• Parking – not enough covered spots for each apartment to have 1
• Heating/Cooling unit – not energy efficient. Feel the cold and hot area around them. Think old school motels units.
• Difficulty in hanging curtains. Blinds are provided.
• Weekly meetups as listed online are not being held. They do “something” every couple of months. Dinner in late November, egg hunt in April, etc.
Things complex cannot control train noise across the river, some neighbors are noisier than others (for the most part its quiet), smoke alarms, and limited guest parking.
I LOVE living here! The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are well cared for and I feel secure there, no matter the time of day. My apartment was in A+ condition when I moved in, and the staff were very accommodating with the move as well. My views are incredible! It’s my oasis in downtown Tulsa.
