This place was so busy on a Saturday. Staff had a line out the door. They handle all the orders professionally and got us all out quickly with fresh pizza. I enjoyed watching the staff maintain order.
Thank you Peoria Ceasers for making the kids night! Appreciate Arriana and Golbert for taking care of us. Stop in and enjoy a Batman option with extra sauce. Sont forget the crazy bread! Excitement going on about these Twix and M&M brownies. Way to get down through there Peoria location!
Fast, hot and delicious for a fair price. Italian cheese sticks are awesome!
Great store. The employees were nice and helpful. And make re importantly, the food came out correctly and quickly.
This location is usually quick, and always has good food. But, tonight we did sit in the drive thru for over 5 mins. But the lady at the window once she gave us our food. Definitely made it right. Gave us 2 free 2liters for the wait. I would give them 5 stars but my car uses alot of gas sitting and waiting.

Josh Kelly was the manager I had to dead with.... His professionalism and ability to calm the situation was beyond that of any store manager.... He should be in H.R or in some corporate office.. A terrible experience completely twisted around..... I will always be loyal to this location from now on....
I had to switch my order up because I ordered the wrong thing..........
The store manager Josh had to void the order to make a new one......
I had already paid for my food, but he voided it and the machine would not allow him to process another payment on the same card......
Me being hungry and had a car full of people got impatient, and instead of escalating the situation, or having me go to an ATM down the street.... Josh comped my pizza and took care of me in a way I wasn't expecting.
I will be getting pizza from here on out. It was so fresh and delicious and the customer service I received was above any I have experienced in a very long time.... So much to the point that I am writing a review about it.... I never do this kind of thing; however, I felt inclined to do so because the way josh handled the situation...
A situation of me about to drive off in my car and never go back to little Caesars again...... Josh Kelly took care of the situation in the most professional way. Excellent people skills, and superb customer service.
This entire experience made me a forever customer at this location......
So, I'm giving stars based off food.
And the apology I got from the manager for the awful customer service and straight lying I got from one of the kids working.
Customer service is literally a lost art which should be common sense/the golden rule. Its ridiculous that I can't just a grab a quick pizza after a long work day and go home without any problems.
Anyway, the most bestest pizza was great. 🤷♀️
The service was fast and the pizza was great. The five dollar deal was great , the only thing was we wanted another peperoni pizza but they didn't have it so we had to leave with two pizzas. We had the pizza double sliced. So we could try and satisfy our party we had leaving the gathering place.
This location is underrated. I showed up there one night after dashing. They were closing up and stayed open to prepare my family fresh food. It was delicious and the staff was super cool. Even when I come in here dashing, they are super kind. Keep up the good work y’all.
No waiting and they followed my instructions perfectly. Visited the store on 01/22/2021 around 4:30 pm. I was very satisfied with them all. Even the cooks in the back. Will continue to visit and send my family.
