Harvard location is where we've always ordered from. Its just a delivery store, but the employees there sure know what they're doing with Papa Johns foods. Keep up the great work guys and gals!

I want to say a big thank you to Kendall my delivery driver. He drove in the heavy rain and climbed the steep steps up to my condo to deliver all of my items. There were some things missing, and Kendall went over my ticket with me and apologized and asked me to call the store manager to get things corrected. I spoke to Robert on the phone at the store and he was patient, kind and understanding. We figured out what happened was actually a glitch in the website that didn't put my complete order through so he waived the delivery fee and I paid for the items over the phone. I have been ordering a lot from this location lately and every single time they have not let me down. My food is here within a reasonable time and its fresh and hot. I know that working in restraunts can be very demanding but the level of sincerity these 2 gentleman had over me and my website/food issues was unbelievable. They are two of the MOST valuable employees that I have EVER came across at any Papa Johns. Thank you so much for your dedication to the happiness of your customers.

When we realized that the new papadilla Philly steak came with ranch sauce...we called the store and without hesitation offered and DID remake it without the Ranch sauce!!! The driver was very polite and our order arrived correctly and hot!!! Thanks for the outstanding customer service yall rock!!!
I ordered eight pieces of buffalo wings on the night of 3/16/2022 and I felt like they gave me twice as many wings! It certainly felt like there were sixteen wings in my container. And yet I paid for eight! Talk about a nice surprise. The food was excellent, the wait was minimal, and the driver was very nice. I was very impressed with everything! I love that this place stays open as late as it does. I have a strange schedule and I often get hungry late at night and Tulsa closes down a lot of their restaurants at 9:00. I'm glad to know there's an exception!
I don’t know what other peoples experiences I’ve been but, every time that I’ve been into this Papa John’s, they’ve gone way Out of the way to go above and beyond what is asked and or expected of them! Super personable, kind, and totally down to earth! The manager on duty went out of his way to make sure that I had the best deal possible for my gluten-free personal size pizza! Not to mention, they have the best damn pizza in town, hands-down! Highly suggest!
I have worked for every pizza delivery in Tulsa and I can say this- this Pappa Johns location treats their employees the best and has the best management. What customers don't realize is that behind the scenes, people are working their hardest to keep up with a constantly growing demand. This location has extensive knowledge and experience with the busines but not only has take-out become more common, outside companies like Grubhub and the like have made things way more complicated. Put that next to TU and college students who don't know their address and it's almost impossible for efficiency when it comes to delivery. -past delivery driver
I never had any bad pizzas or unpleasant interaction with any of their in-store staff or delivery personnel. I can highlight 2 examples:
1) I wasn't sure I had ordered a clean-cut for my on-line order and when I called, the staff was willing to do it for me without any hesitation.
2) I ordered 2 XL cheese pizzas online and when I arrived for pick up I received 3! According to staff, one of the pizzas "did not look good due to some bubbling" and they made another one and gave the imperfect one to me for free. The in-store staff showed me the "incorrect" pizza and if she had not shown me, I would not have noticed that the pizza was not perfect. They didn't have to replace it but they did. That's exceptional customer service.
I really appreciate their honesty and their staying true to their high standards. When I needed pizza, I don't go elsewhere. Bravo Papa Johns!
Josh assistant manager helped me very well and was very sociable and polite. That's what you call a great employee.
Pizza arrived on time but the garlic butter sauce had ruptured all over the pizza. It had leaked out of the box and got on my desk. I called and spoke with the manager. She immediately sent out another one. She was a total professional. Thank you for making it right.
