I had the most pleasant experience while ordering here which is not the norm for this retail chain. The hot and ready were stocked, staff was friendly and actually smiled. They took care of my questions while helping me choose a meal and slinging pizzas. My new favorite location.
I order from here SOLELY!!! I’ve watched countless times where 2 employees run this store & customers will be so disrespectful. They remain to be professional & serve the customer with great products. I’ve never been let down by the staff here. Kudos to the staff here doing a dang good job, even in the heat. Proud of y’all! 😊💕
Although Ive never had any issues before, but this particular time I was there a couple of hours because it was 4th of July, and for some reason they were only taking orders online. I had to set up an account and order online, then as I waited and waited , and waited I checked online and noticed somehow my order had been canceled and I had to re order .. after that, everything was fine .
It's always good here, the good and the workers. It's clean and you get your food fast. I recommend this place for sure 😊
No complaints! My online order was ready at the promised time. My kiddos were happy with their Friday night dinner choice.

This has to be by far the easiest, most painless, and astonishingly easy way to get Pizza without breaking the bank. To be honest I called for delivery from, well probably shouldn't say, but their total for &48 + tax and tip, I drove 2 miles, was in and out of store without assistance, Pizza hot and ready, only cost $25. + change, definitely worth picking up, and I get the warmest, best piece, lol 😁👍
God I pray I get the managers name right, her name is Rachel. She worked a shift today at 4pm. Today I ordered a quantity of 12 pizzas for my daughter’s birthday party and I grabbed the wrong credit card. I felt so bad and unfortunately they couldn’t take my right credit card over the phone or I couldn’t pay online. I was living a nightmare I tell you. The little Caesars staff were nothing but supportive in every single way! They helped carry the pizzas to my car and they were patient with me for over 30 minutes to get my card activated. I pray the lead supervisors recognize the hard working employees that are at this branch and give them a raise. I will choose the 81st & Lewis branch before I choose any other. God bless y’all!

I never like little Caesars. However, the quality is so much better now. I love New York pizza and this taste just as good as the dollar New York pizza. Like I said, I am super surprised. Little Caesars quality is much better now.
Don't know if the timing in a portal was off or did they just give me a old pizza that's been sitting there I would assume online orders would be made fresh the pizza was not hot I had to heat it up at home normally my pizzas are hot when I arrive at the portal and I do come within the time frame so I don't know what happened today but I will be back and hopefully it will be back to normal with hot pizzas in the portal for pickup
This place is always a mad house. I've been in and had to yell at people in back to get my complete order. I say yell so they would hear me not bc I was rude fyi. I feel bad for their employees bc they are so busy and stressed it seems
