Ordered (2) 3 meat combo. My deliverer Joseph informed me they were out of one of the meats. He apologized and asked if I wanted a substitute. Advised him no and to change order to 2 meat combo. I asked if I needed to contact store. He said no that he would and he did. A few minutes later Manuel from the store called to advise they made the changes I wanted, credited my account and the order arrived in a timely manner in tamper proof bag by Joseph who again apologized for the inconvenience. He and Manuel were very polite, professional, took care of the issue and I'm very happy to say and to know there are still professional and kind people in times such as these. It just so rare anymore! Thank you Joseph!

I ordered the Game Day..pulled pork bologna and hot links with baked beans and loaded potato salad. It was so good! And the staff that was working was so friendly. Great service..Great food!
We ordered sliced brisket and pulled pork to go. My husband commented that this store is consistently very good. Sometimes I get the baked potato with pulled pork. It is HUGE. We also like the baked beans. We order from this store, one on Peoria, and one in Edmond on Edmond Road. We like them all. Thank you Billy! Boomer!
First of all you would never find this location without Google. Hidden away on the north side of 91st just west of Memorial the restaurant is small. The staff makes your experience exceptional. The ribs are falling off the bone and delicious the green beans are good but could use a little more bacon drippings, the baked potato salad is wonderful. While the food is available at all Billy Sims locations Stu and the staff at this location make your meal exceptional. Great food,great service, hard to find location.
Was @ 91st & Sheridan spot. The gentleman was very nice, appreciative accommodating & generous. Ribs so tender the meat fell off the bone! They didn't need sauce, but LOVE their sauce, so spread it on generously! Nice buttered grilled toast to wrap @ BBQ. 😍

I have been on an assignment that has taken me to Tulsa for the last three months. I have eaten here at least once a week during that period, sometimes twice. This has given me a great opportunity to evaluate the consistency of Billy Sims. I usually order the brisket, turkey, and mac & cheese. I can say without hesitation that the food is always top notch. Brisket is always smoked to perfection and always moist. I see that another reviewer noted the brisket was dry but I never encountered that. The turkey has a good smoke flavor and the mac & cheese is sticky and awesome. Many BBQ joints I’ve encountered like to add bacon to their mac & cheese. Not this place. If you’re a purist like me you will like the mac.
Today was no exception. Brisket was lean and moist. I mixed things up a bit today and got the pulled pork instead of turkey. I wish I hadn’t waited so long. Outstanding! It was nice and lean and had a good spice on it. It was crazy good. Cole slaw had a nice tangy dressing. It would have been very good on top of the pulled pork but I wasn’t up for mixing flavor profiles since this was my first time trying the pork. Mac & cheese was again on point.
I’ve eaten at a lot of barbecue joints and Billy Sims’ hot BBQ sauce is my favorite. It’s hotter than most hot sauces but not too too hot. It leaves just the right amount of burn in the mouth.
Service is great and the staff is friendly. Ross is always friendly and enthusiastic.

My first time going to this restaurant. I had a long day and was very tired. Joe and Billy was working and was very kind to me. They accommodate me after not having honey mustard for my salad. I took my order to go and when I got to my hotel and opened my food everything was there. Napkins, the sauce eating utensils and to top it off the food was excellent. A good ending to a long day. Thanks Billy and Joe.
Always love going to Billy Sims on 91st and Memorial. Christian is a very pleasant and professional employee. He listened to my likes and dislikes and accommodated my needs appropriately ❤❤ so later the next week, I went back and I ordered my first Christmas ham from Billy Sims and it was AMAZING!!! I usually cook my own ham, but decided to go easy on myself this year!!! Now, I might just order a ham for ALL OCCASIONS from Billy Sims instead of cooking!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!! 🎉🎊🎆🎊🎉🎆
