I didn't have much time after the funeral today so John took me to a quick lunch at Whataburger on 15th and Peoria. We ordered and sat down. Right behind us a little older couple were setting down and she spilled her drink all over their booth. She was trying to clean it up and she only had one napkin. I went up the the counter and asked the guy if he could help. Mind you they had about 8 people in line in the lobby and were super busy. He said no problem we got this. He came over and told the women to pick another booth and he would take care of the mess. The little old women's husband said "I can't take her anywhere." She laughed and they moved over and enjoyed their lunch, as did we. The staff at this restaurant embodies good customer service! Hat's off to the staff! I teach customer service and want to hire them all! Great job!

Had a good burger as always! The service was a bit slow but not the staffs fault because they are short handed so it wouldn’t be fear to blame them for it. The drive thru speaker is a bit low in volume or is the person speaking? I couldn’t hear her voice much. It was a bit stressful. Anyway…

My party had a vast order…. Between the Honey Butters, the Sausage Biscuits, the Hashbrowns, & last but not least the Banana Pudding shake, Kiana G made sure everything was SUPERB! Talk about the dream team! 11/10 Thank you guy’s for always raising the bar & setting new standards I didn’t even know were possible
It was very busy when we were there, around 12:00 AM - 1:00 AM. Tensions were high with the staff and they did forget an item but we're quick to resolve the issue. The front counter employee was calm despite his manager being on edge.
Have to say it was late. I was hungry. They were open. The young lady at the counter was polite, efficient, courteous and kind of funny. Seemed to enjoy her work and co-workers as well. Burger and fries were spot on and well prepared. Definitely a fast food positive experience.

Pulled up at 3:30am expecting to get food that had been sitting under a warmer for 6+hours, but nope! HIGHLY IMPRESSED AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND for middle of the night food!! Initially, I was irritated that we were waiting at the pickup window for 10+ minutes... until I realized these employees were preparing the food as the orders arrived, nothing was sitting in the warmer area... our burgers AND our onion rings were AMAZING and the service was too! Most places have employees that seem irritated that you're ordering a meal, not these folks. They were just as kind and helpful as the day shift is when the managers there!
This Whataburger has some of the kindest and most helpful employees. I had never had Whataburger breakfast before today. The manager recommended the breakfast bowl. It was a great decision! It's nice to wake up on Monday making great decisions. Can't wait to see what else this day brings! Thank you, Whataburger!

From the west coast and onto the east, this signature piece of Americana goodness continues to rack up all the points with its on the money flavor and curve appeal. If YOU haven’t tried a Whataburger, you are well over due fir a great difference in the hamburger game!
This place is in a great location off of Cherry Street. My visits there include seeing employees talking to the manager and great interactions happening, that you don’t get to see often nowadays. The food is tasty! Service is always great with fresh food. I’ve seen people walk in and request the freshest food and get it with NO complaining. You cannot get that anywhere else considered fast food.
This is the best Whataburger I've ever been to! Food is always nice and fresh and correct. The ladies that served me or so nice and cool, I will definitely return
This was my first time trying Whataburger (just moved from NE) The burger was dense and heavy, really flavorful! I like thicker buns though, these reminded me of a bigger McDonald's bun. I got the sweet & spicy bacon, but probably should have just tried the original. Fries were cold, they offered me ketchup & then didn't give me any 😂
