Ben eating here for years and the service and food are never short of awesome and one of the only places left that when you eat here it still feels like a personal experience of a family owned atmosphere. Plus we can never finish the food on the plate cause unlike other restaurants the portion size hasn’t shrunk.
I ordered catered food for an event and this was hands down the best experience that I have had with catered food! They were able to use the spreadsheet that I created and put all the names of my coworkers that ordered food on their individual to go boxes. They were on time, very professional, and the food was amazing! I will 100% be using them again for events and specifically this location. Lastly, thank you to Megan the general manager she was so helpful and amazing through the whole process!
Today was my office's Thanksgiving Pot-luck lunch and I ordered Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and Mac-N-Cheese for 50 people and they made it fresh this morning and had it ready to go, at exactly 11am. When I picked it up, they had already packed it into a fitted box and everything was super HOT! Which made it easier to serve (because I didn't need a trio of Crockpots).
I'm very happy (and so was my entire office). I'll be coming back for our Christmas lunch, for sure!!!!
I just moved to Tulsa from California and HAD to try the famous Charlie’s Chicken. The chicken, the star draw, is exactly as advertised….crispy, moist, tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes and white gravy made me swoon. And the carrot cake! To die for! This is old fashioned comfort food at it’s finest. Cannot recommend it highly enough!
My opinion from when I was ordering food here was a very pleasant experience. Awesome customer service with
helpful and communicative customer interactions. The food was served hot and tasted great.
I will recommend anyone to stop and eat here at least once. It made my Saturday night dinner end with a satisfied smile on my face.

Chicken was lukewarm and not well seasoned. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good after adding salt and pepper. Roll was overcooked 👎 I think the sand springs location is better
Great portion sizes. Quick drive thru service. Very friendly employees. Chicken was buttery and delicious. Mac & cheese was very average. Enjoyed snacking on the fries potato wedges throughout the day. Moderately priced. I’ll be back!
Located on main street. Highly visible from normal traffic. Hot food. Great service. Desert available. Check out there specials. Good value. Kids welcome and large dining area. During my last visit, not crowded. Whole white meat chicken chunks.
So update we Did go back and it was so much better this time the owner was very nice thank you for reaching out to me I do appreciate it I'm glad you care about your customers and wanted to make it right go check this place out it very clean and spacious inside would be great for a birthday party thank Charlie's for taking your time to fix it
Honestly it was not that good this time which was kind of sad because they're normally really good the chicken tasted old and the crust was really pale colored and it didn't even stay on the chicken as soon as you touched it it was mushy it fell off spending $50 on food and kinda disappointed don't no if I will go back to this location
Worked at 4 different locations over 12 years and have never been to this location...food was on point and consistant with what Charlie's strives for, with quality and consistency...we never had the fun shirts like this location. The girls working looked like they enjoy working there and that is always a plus! Highly recommend location.
