First time here, and was very impressed. The food, service, and friendly atmosphere was worth the little wait we had to be seated. One of the managers came by a few times to ensure everything was up to their standards. It was a great dining experience. Highly recommend, but make a reservation if you can. Note- sitting by the gate on the patio can become quite annoying.
Absolutely delicious, wonderful environment, and great service! Someone expensive but not too bad, it depends on what you get. Highly busy no matter what time of day it is. I went on a Thursday morning at 8:00 a.m. and there was a 30 minute waitlist. Must be prepared in advance. But absolutely wonderful, would definitely go again! Thank you to Jojo, she was so energetic and a wonderful server!
My son has been diagnosed with cancer and we have been trying out Neighborhood JAM due to its close proximity to the hospital. This place is amazing. Amber is a great- when she heard why we kept coming back she took care of our breakfast this morning, which is much appreciated! The service is outstanding.

The breakfast tacos Uptown Benny, and Okie Benny was so delicious.
Today we tried El Jefe and the cinnamon roll pancakes and I cannot say enough about how great this food is.
So, the place was pretty hipster trendy, right up my ally. The coffee was s t r o n g- I got the Sam Elliot coffee drink which is essentially 2 shots of espresso and a scoop of ice cream- I have hairs where I shouldn't now😅 There was a lot going on with the food but it was still pretty tasty- large portions, plenty to choose from. The staff- they were awesome. My kids enjoyed it and my grandma really liked the Poppy seed pancakes.
The general atmosphere is loud and bustling, and they’re very busy, even on the weekdays. Had tried to go on a weekend and it was about a 2 hour wait. Decided to pass and try again on a weekday. On a weekday that I went, it was about a 15 min wait. They do have a yelp waitlist signup so you can sign up on the waitlist before going to the location.
They have some unique menu items. It seems they source everything they use locally, which I think is pretty awesome.
Generally liked my food, would come back to try other items.
We got El Jefe bennies and hash-browns. The sauce in the bennies had really nice flavor. The poached eggs were really runny, especially the egg whites. I didn’t like the hash browns at all. Although they looked crispy and were crispy on the outside, the inside was a really weird texture. It was mushy and didn’t even taste like potatoes. Almost tasted like they had a severe freezer burn. I wish I’d just gotten the breakfast potatoes. The service was great and they had decent drip coffee.
This was our first time at Neighborhood Jam but definitely not the last! It is a very busy place, and I’m assuming because it is so popular and yummy. Such a reasonable price for delicious food that is clearly made by scratch (at least most of it has to be!) We got the Mimosa flight (it’s not called that) but it is basically a whole bottle of champagne with 4 different fruit juices of your choice and it was worth our money. For the table we got some monkey bread, nothing super amazing but tasty nonetheless. I had the French Toast and my fiancé had the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It had ham, bacon, pulled pork, egg, pickled red onion, on a ciabatta roll. Absolutely so good we will be back. Our server was also super nice!
2023, November: Slammed on a Friday. Still popular! Great service and food! I had the poppy seed, lemon curd pancakes and they were excellent. No syrup needed. Ordered a side of bacon and it was great, too. Much quieter on the terrace and pleasant views. Pictures: view from the terrace and great hot chocolate.
2021, November: Wow. Great food and service. Never thought I would order crab cakes in a Tulsa, chain, breakfast restaurant, but I did and was not sorry. Accompanied by asparagus and three baked tomato halves that tasted almost like they were sun dried. Wonderful. Also came with potatoes but I substituted fruit. High concept place with full bar and some other kind of bar that I could not identify (no liquor). It was nearly full at 10am on a Monday so it is obviously popular. I hope to go back before I leave town. It was a bit loud.
Had a great experience today. Food was good and our waitress was attentive.
Man, this place was awesome. My wife ordered some poppyseed lemon pancakes and I had the sweat potato hash.
We both chose item off of the gluten free menu and honestly could not tell they were gluten free.
My wife had a Cherry chocolate late and I black coffee.
I would highly recommend.
