Salads are really tasty and I love how you can create your own meal. There’s loads of toppings, protein, and dressings options. Also, their multi grain crescent rolls were really tasty. My only hang up with Salata is that it’s a little pricey, but honestly with the amount of food that comes in the large size it can easily become two meals. A great healthy option on Cherry Street. Would definitely recommend this place over its competitor Crushed Red down the street.
I stopped by on a weeknight, a few tables were in use and there was a few people ahead of me.
Salata feels like a cross between an enormous salad bar and a Chipotle/Subway. The salad fixing selection is huge, and you walk down the glass counter while pointing out items that you would like the store employee to add to your salad. Ingredient are grouped nicely, there are a dozen or so salad dressings, proteins, toppings (croutons and the like).

The regular sized salad is huge. It could easily be two meals. Next time I go, I will probably get a 'small'. You can order your salad in a bowl or as a wrap.
You can also order soups and desserts. Drinks consist of soda, teas, or water.
It was pretty good. I got a small and had to throw half of it away, it was huge! So if you're looking for a big salad this place has it!! I am very picky on my ranch dressing and I didn't love theirs but I would definitely go back tho and try something different. There was soooo many options to choose from. I love how they had seafood choices. My husband really enjoed his crab salad!
Really an upscale salad bar! It has so many choices, you will not be disappointed.
1. I just love Salata - the food, concept, price points, etc.
2. This is the best Salata in town. The staff is fun and friendly, and you will always have a consistently good experience when you eat here.
I wish they were open a little more often, but I understand that the location affects the times they're busy more than some other locations (downtown lunch crowd). I'd recommend ordering ahead if you're going at lunchtime, but overall fantastic place that I love to visit!
This is my wife and I's new favorite place to eat! The staff was incredible, they were all so helpful and kind and showed the love of Jesus in the way they served us. The food was also incredible, and the portions were large enough to take home and have another meal out of it the next day! If price is an issue, then I would recommend getting the larger portion and keeping half in the refrigerator for another meal, or splitting a salad
It's good, but nothing to write home about. The salads are basically made of the same stuff you would easily be able to make at home. It's all clean and fresh. I just feel like I could have made the same salad at home for less. Service is friendly. Price wise, protein can set you back $3/4 in addition to the base price of $8 for a large salad, and avocado is $1 extra, too, so a big salad could end up around $14 after all is said and done if you want all the bells and whistles. I'd pay $8-9, max, for what I got, but paid $12. I do hope it stays around because healthy mid-price options are needed in the area. It just won't be a regular haunt for me at this price point for fast casual dining.
It's a build your own salad place. Delicious, fresh ingredients, cheerful staff, great prices. Its a great place for fast-casual dining. I have had many lunch dates with gal pals here, they always love it. I would recommend it, and i will go back again.
It is absolutely amazing how many different plant based choices you can get for such a great price! The focus is salad but they have seafood, meats, breads and desserts as well. If you get your dressing on the side you can really stretch the salad into multiple meals. ♡♡
My organization has used catering from Salata multiple times, and they are always on time, friendly, with fresh and impressive food. They work with us to match our price point and generously allow us to make late changes to our order if something goes pear-shaped. Our clients love them and we do too!
