Great food and staff! We celebrated our friends birthday and the staff made sure we got enough tables and then gave us plates and forks for cake. The piano guy even sang happy birthday to her! It's time to build a larger spot, maybe a party room and stay open longer!! I believe your business will grow!!!!
So many delicious dishes on their menu from the Crawfish Roll to the Seafood Po'boy to my very favorite the always on point Crawfish Étouffée. And don't forget to try their amazing prailines & bread pudding, always so delicious. Love this place. Its a pleasure to eat here. Highly recommended for some authentic New Orleans cuisine.
This place is over-the-top good if you’re downtown for lunch. Anywhere I can get my Home cuisine in my new town is gonna be a plus, but they make it special. Try and get there early for fried soft-shelled crab poboys on Tuesdays!
I took a trip to New Orleans a few months ago in search of some good food and was fairly disappointed with the general quality of the local cuisine. The food in NOLA is good but this place is just as good if not better with a clean atmosphere and great flavors. Highly suggest the roast beef po boy. I couldn't find a better one in NO.
Adore this place and the owners. My favorite local place to get my Cajun fix. Gumbo + potato salad, or shrimp po'boys are my favorite items. Highly recommended!
Gooood food!!! Jambalaya and potato salad washed down with a turbo dog. Lunch time was crowded and parking in that area in general can be tuff but it's worth it.
Amazing food! I've heard amazing things & I finally tried it! So sad I waited so long. We got a variety of items and everything was so delicious! We tried the shrimp poboy, seafood poboy, jambalaya, red beans & rice, & gumbo. The gumbo was to die for! I loved it! The jambalaya is really good also but you have to get their early or they run out, we got there about 1245 and they only had a little bit left! The red beans & rice was my boyfriend's favorite. And both poboys were out of this world! Definitely just like you would get in Louisiana. Oh and for dessert we had the pralines. I have a spot in my heart for pralines & this one was amazing. Will definitely be going back!
Joie de vivre!!!. The taste of authentic Cajun cuisine in downtown Tulsa! Shrimp po boy sandwich is spot on! Jambalaya is tasty! Great location & price! We can't wait to return!
Gumbo and Muffuletta. This place is phenomenal! I love their space, but wish it was a little larger. Great food, great friendly service. Good to see nice people succeeding at what they love
So good!. It's so extremely refreshing to see a restaurant that maintains a small, concise menu with staples that have clearly been refined to perfection. My girlfriend and I tried this place out for lunch, and we were both extremely impressed. The seafood po' boy was phenomenal, as were the jambalaya and gumbo. I wish they had a closer location, but the food is more than worth the drive!
Love this place. My wife and I adore this place! Best red beans and rice in the state! Authentic New Orleans' flair...great food and service. I couldn't recommend more!
The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and attentive, the restaurant is clean and the art on the walls is neat. My favorites are the gumbo and jambalaya. The pralines are delicious!! The quality of the food is very high. The menu has po boy sandwiches (several types - roast beef, shrimp, catfish, and more ), several muffaleta sandwiches, and the red beans and rice, gumbo and jambalaya. For sweets there are the pralines and their famous bread pudding. Some people may consider the menu small but the restaurant does all of it very well. The bread they use for the po boy sandwiches is fresh and amazing. I think it's a good value for what you pay for. You can get a delicious, filling lunch for under $10. This is one of my favorite causal lunch spots in downtown.
Lassalles's New Orleans restaurant in delicious! I got their Catfish Po Boy and had no regrets lol. Their catfish was so light, fluffy and tasty with a nice spicy batter. While the restaurant itself isn't all that big, they decorated the place up and gives you that New Orleans feel. Not a bad location either. Found in the heart of downtown by other local attractions. You wont make a mistake or regret going here. Try it out asap.
Always great food. Authentic, delicious, great service and the best people. Chris -Amanda I had the Alligator Braut today. Holy cow! Please add this to your everyday menu if you can (or at least once a week).
This place is great! I got the Surf and Turf and it was amazing. The combo of roast beef and shrimp was just great and the bread it was served on was delicious as well. There is no way I could have eaten this without the fork and knife without it getting all over me. The staff is super friendly and the place is clean and has cool artwork all over the place. I'd highly recommend this place and I can't wait to visit again.
For some pretty decent creole grub, head on over to Lassalle's. I am a big fan of a good shrimp po'boy, and Lassalles does a bang up job. A cup of etouffee can really hit the spot too.
I would advise stopping in a few minutes before they open, or take a later lunch as the lines can get pretty long. Despite the decent size of the restaurant, seating will fill quickly.
Bringing NOLA TO TULSA! I love This place and the authentic food they offer. Great po' boys, jambalaya and etoufee. Never had anything that wasn't amazing. Nice bottled beer selection as well.
Wow! This place is amazing! As someone who has enjoyed many homemade meals down on the Bayou, I am beyond thrilled to finally have an AUTHENTIC big flavor Cajun/Creole cuisine in Tulsa.
On top of the wonderful food, I also have to add that the staff is wonderful. The atmosphere is "alive". From the moment you walk in the front door, it's obvious that they care about the place, and about your satisfaction.
The only thing I have to add, is that before you leave, you simply MUST get yourself a bottle (or two, or three) from their homemade hot sauce selection. It blows grocery store hot sauce away.
Contemporary, minimalist decor is the warm and comfortable palate for this charming restaurant. On our first visit we enjoyed a lovely Sunday Brunch. Attentive welcoming staff presented our delicious selections. Absolutely thrilled with taste and presentation of brunch selections. We will return soon.
Oh man. I've been dying for good New Orleans cuisine since I left home. I've found my little piece of the French quarter right here in Tulsa! The muffeleta was prime and the red beans and rice was just like home cookin. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!
Food was awesome. The crawfish etouffee had an excellent flavor and the soft shell crab Po Boy was really good too.
This quaint eatery was every bit as good as being in NOLA.
I enjoyed the Corn and Crayfish bisque, along with a delicious Po Boy of catfish and shrimp.
Everything was delicious!
They are well connected online for pre ordering. But I'd recommend still dining in house.
