Great place to order, sit down and have a bite, new and very clean.
2 years after the first review still going here, great spot to get a quick fresh donut. At Christmas time they put up a tree in the lobby and have snow flake sprinkles on their strawberry frosted donuts. Very nice little extra touch fir the Xmas holiday. They also have eggs and sausage for breakfast, a change up from the old days. They also got a tv to watch in the morning unlike Discount Tire where I left my car off to get a flat fixed that only has a radio to listen to while you sit there. So I would much rather sit at Dunkin Donuts for hours till my car is fixed.
Freaking love Dunkin. Wish I had one near me. The workers were extremely helpful and friendly.
Honestly one of my favorite duncans to go to. Their oatmeal lattes oat milk hot chocolate. And the iced coffees are always the best as well as my matcha lattes with oat milk. I've gone to other duncans and this is on my top fave. The donuts always taste fresh too . The staff is always kind also .
Update : go and get there February Donuts and Red velvet macchiato super good 🥰 medium size is large and affordable if ya need that caffeine kick. There heart cookie crumble donuts are so delicious 😄 they have a chocolate ganache filling that im all in for .
Good service, good breakfast sandwiches, and donuts are always a treat. They can work to be more consistent with the fillings on the donuts.
I love Dunkin! I came here last year visiting from Washington. I expressed how much I enjoyed it here last 6ear. I gotta tell you it is wonderful coming into a place where people are smiling and working hard. Emma is amazing. I watched her as she made drinks and got orders for drive-through. She was fast and accurate. She greeted me with a sincere smile and made me feel welcome. You are so lucky to have her and everyone else as part of your team. I will always come back to this Dunkin when I come to visit AZ. Thank you for your service.
I had placed an order from the app and unfortunately someone dropped the ball when making my order. However I'm rating all 5 stars. Here is why; when I called to express my dissatisfaction I was pleasantly surprised in the way this matter was handled. The manager was very genuine with her apology and in no way was she rude or passive with me. She was very patient and that is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. She let me vent and was nice about it. I got my order corrected and sweet messages. Thank you very much!
I went through the drive through today and got two large espresso iced coffee. Never been to Dunkin donuts for a long time and the girl was so nice and friendly and explained everything to me about the shots and adding an extra shot. Gone our the days of yuck Black coffee. My drink was good even without a donut and they were so nice and friendly. That is how customer service should be!!! Maybe Starbucks has some competition on the way if they keep this up, GREAT JOB! 👍
Other than there being a long line, which is actually a good sign, everything was good, especially the glazed donuts and coffee.
I'm a transplant from the northeast and grew up on dunkin. I spend far too much time and money there. Proof of this is that it seems half the staff knows me by name on sight. Probably a bad sign LOL. but thanks, the staff are great. And it's reliably Dunkin.
Very good for coffee and donuts! I use the app to get rewards and deals and I love how often new deals are added! Beats Starbucks and any other coffee place due to that reason. Staff is good but a little dan, they forgot to give my card back one time and I had to drive all the way back from home to get it. But I've switched to the app since then and haven't had a problem since!👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 Coffee is yum and I like coffee
