Our recent trip to this McDonald's for breakfast was good. Our order was made freshly accurately and served hot. There was nothing missing in our order. That was put in our bag and we don't have any complaints. Definitely a better experience this time than the last time here.

I ordered using their self serve screen, which was convenient. The place looked clean enough and was not overly crowded. The Drive through line was wrapped around the building, which is why I went inside. The staff seemed friendly enough and certainly busy. I like that they have a display that shows which orders are ready vs which are still being prepared. The food was fine, nothing spectacular but nothing bad either. The only reason I dropped a star was because my breakfast sandwiches were not wrapped with care. I added a picture of how my sandwich came out of the bag. It looks like it's been opened and ready to eat but that is how it came out of the bag. I was watching staff so I knew that it hadn't been dropped or anything unusual which is the only reason I still ate it and is why I only dropped it one star. They were likely in a hurry and just didn't take time to wrap it correctly, but I doubt it was intentional. That said it is important to take time to make sure the food is properly wrapped and packed as it can absolutely impact the experience and impression of the quality.

Well it's McDonald's... And most people have been there before. The only thing I don't like about McDonald's now is the prices have gone significantly since the COVID-19 pandemic. A double cheeseburger is almost $5. It used to be about $2.
This location has one of the best play places now that they are back open and we usually never have any issues with staff. It is a very busy location due to being right off the main drag (Valencia)
They always have a lot of staff and most are very friendly. You get those occasional people who aren't happy. But that's customer service I know how that goes.
The restaurant can get messy fast due to kids and homeless people or just the regular sloppy customers.
Very good service. Food was done fast and very good. People inside were greeting everyone. A gentleman asked me to have a seat at the table next to him, as he was dining alone. We had a great conversation while we ate! Such a friendly place! I will be back!😀
It's fast food that's for sure I dono what's happening though I used to be able to feed my family for about 20-25$ but anymore it's 35-40$ on average that's me my fiance and two kids so yeah other than that that it's McDonald's and everyone has been to one I'm sure

One of the best McDonald's I've been to. The food was fresh and tasty, the staff was friendly, and we had a great time.
