We love our Tucson Papa John’s location! We order often. The pizza is always fresh and hot. Tonight was the first time they delivered the wrong pizza. We called and they brought us the correct pizza in minutes. It was loaded with ingredients, hot and delicious!!

I was so close to giving this place a 2 star review because the person on the phone was extremely rude. But when the driver arrived and I mentioned this I learned that because of covid-19 a lot more people have been ordering delivery pizza and stores where getting overwhelmed. So what Papa John's did was opened up call centers. Moral of the review Just because you Think who you're talking to is apart of the store you're ordering from isn't always so. Edit: I think I should mention the food I got the hand tossed cheese pizza. Well it wasn't the greatest pizza I've ever ate. (It was really good) It did it's job and filled me up. Will most likely order again. Will recommend to others. The driver was the coolest driver I've met. The End (again)

Will here at this location provided one of the best customer service experiences I had in a long time. I ordered one thing, he suggested something that was on special and found even a better offer by the time I got there to pick up. Well spoken and professional as well. An easy 5 star rating.

Hand made pizzas are made here. They all varieties of crest pizza. They have option of customising your own pizza. They offer pickup and delivery thru online. Ingredients are fresh and natural which makes the pizza tastier. They accept credit cards too.
