Hands down the best place for service. The staff in-front are very respectful and quick to help. Not only was my California Classic the best burger my mouth has ever tasted , the milk shake was heavenly. I definitely would recommend it if you’re looking for fresh food and a good time.
I went in earlier today to try the California classic, as soon as I walked in the guy Angel greeted me with a nice smile and kindly took my order also brought my food to me freshly made!! You hardly get that any place you go anymore. They were all so friendly! Thank you for the great customer service!
When I went in, I was looking for something without a bun. I was told they could wrap any sandwich in lettuce! It was absolutely delicious. My friend had a shake and loved it. I've even told others about the lettuce wrap. It was clean and quiet, the staff seemed happy, the manager had walked around making sure all was well. I've gone in for bfast as well, and everything was hot and yummy. Prices are decent, too.
Very satisfied with my visit here. The restaurant looked spotless, very rare to see in a fast food. Amazing service as well! Ada, the cashier was so kind and polite. Will be coming back very soon!
Had an amazing experience at this location. The manager by the name of maryjane was outstanding! She was really outgoing and showed love and effort in her job! You don’t get that much in restaurants nowadays and I do appreciate! Keep up the good work and thanks again for the amazing food and service will be returning again soon!👍
Went in on Wednesday around 8pm and the manager by the name of Lorena helped me out. She was so sweet and helpful. She made me feel welcomed and helped me out right away. Kind service and great food. Thank you Lorena !
I had my first experience with their AI ordering system (lovingly nicknamed "Aisha" because AI. Love it!) and it was VERY successful. While the drive-thru "robot" was pleasant enough, the real joy was meeting team members Damir and Grace who were at the window to take my payment and provide my order. They were positive, attentive, and grateful for my patience with their new drive order system. My order was accurate, correct, and delicious. I would highly recommend this location and was notably impressed with the awesome team members working during my visit. Thank you Grace, Damir, and "Aisha" for a wonderful end to stressful day, right when I needed it most.
This is the best Carl's Jr in Tucson. Food is ALWAYS fresh, the employees are welcoming and polite and the restaurant is always clean.

Went during lunch time and the girl up front Gracie was so kind and welcoming. The place was clean and the food was great, would definitely come back again.
