Really good sandwiches for the price. They always come out crispy and only take two or three minutes to make. I usually get served right away and the cashier's are the type to make some light jokes and small talk. Overall, it's pretty good.
I have coming here for lunch over the last couple weeks and, today in particular, I was having a really tough morning and the staff and their willingness to adapt my order, fulfilling my weird requests, really turned my day around.
Not only has the staff been great, but the food is pretty good. Doesn't feel chainy at all.

I've been working here for less then a month an already I'm in love!!! I'm a Dresser(topping your sandwich or salad/Delivery Driver. I've had many jobs but this one is off the meter. I am an employee at the UofA one on park an speedway, we get alot of the college students an it's a rush but we stay on top of our game an get our guest the the line. An my manager is beyond informational an on our butts about the values that the company expects. Great place to eat.
I started eating Pot Belly sandwiches in DC and was so excited to see it come to Tucson. The UA campus shop is very clean and the staff is courteous and very helpful. I've tried many of the sandwiches but the Wreck is my favorite b the hot peppers just make that sandwich.
I come here allll the time... great sandwich shop, staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The food is not always a ten for me, but it's usually pretty good.
Extremely friendly people work here. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Food was fresh and tasty! Parking is a bit of an issue but its worth parking and walking. This place was also very clean.
Great place, friendly staff, and tasty sandwiches. The only thing I'd say about this location are the hours. They close the earliest rather than the other locations around Tucson.
Just cam out of the Potbelly at the U of A. It's 2:00, Sunday, 17 September. The individual working by himself was excellent and very polite. Great employee! Great service!
This location is great. The staff is awesome and I know I can always get a quality sub here.
Good sandwiches close to campus. Service can sometime get slower in peak hours.
