Went here for lunch with a friend. He had the street tacos and I had the house salad with chicken breast. He said the tacos were very good, though I thought there could've been more guacamole served with them. My sald was entirely spring mix rather than a mix of iceberg and spring mix, which made me happy. But the other veg were very sparse and chopped so tiny you could hardly see them.
The waitress was nice but rather inattentive, I had to ask twice for a knife and my lunch date had to get up and go inside to find the dressing for my salad.
We had a nice lunch, that could have a couple of tweaks to be a great lunch. I had the fish and chips - the breading was a bit sparse, so they ended up being difficult to eat - no structure, flaked apart with the fork, couldn't really pick up to eat easily. Ended up sort of scooping a finger-full. Tasty, just needed... Something.
She had the blt - very good, chips were homemade-style and very good as well.
We also had the zucchini appetizer (not pictured) and it was very good.
Overall, nice lunch, very relaxed, friendly service!
The bartender and manager were amazing. My friend and I sat at the bar. The atmosphere was great. I went on a Sunday and it wasn't crazy busy, which I prefer. BUT THE FOOD... WAS AMAZING! The chicken salad sandwich and the Cubano sandwich were both perfect. I choose the potato salad as my side and it was tasty. Had flavor and wasn't bland. I highly recommend for a quick beer and bite when your out and about.
My husband had the Cubano sandwich and I had the patty melt with the tater tots. I have to say that the tater tots were terrific! Food was good and the service was great! Katie was our server and she was attentive, knew the menu well and made good suggestions!
Today was my first visit to this location is Sentinel Peak Brewing Co. I've been to the location numerous times before as it has changed over the years. Sentinel Peak didn't change much about the restaurant besides the brewery art on the walls and the new menu. Oh - the tap handles are axe handles. Very cute - goes with the fire fighter theme of the company. It's owned by a group of firefighters. The food and beer was good. I'll definitely be back! The nachos were huge, the taco salad was very fresh, the kids Mac n Cheese was a hit, and my green chili turkey melt was delicious! We went for a late lunch and there was only one server. There were about 5 or 6 tables, and she was awesome!
We went there for my mother-in-law's birthday. The staff went out of their way to make it an awesome experience. They had set-up decorations and reserved tables to accommodate the size of our party. Meghan, our server, was attentive, polite and efficient. Tammy was very personable and helpful in getting us settled in and set up. The food was very tasty and well done. Thanks, Firetruck staff, for making the evening a fantastic experience!

Love to come here with my mom for lunch when we get a day out together! I love their salad, a huge portion and always fresh. I’ve also come for happy hour with friends and the atmosphere is lots of fun with live music and cold beer.
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!! We had a large birthday party there, and we were given great service by Meghan and Tammy. Even though there were several other patrons they were very efficient, attentive and friendly to everyone in our party. The food was served quickly and it was very tasty. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we are looking forward to our next visit.
Love this please. Some of the best smoked wings and cocktails in town. The owners are great people and do so much to support our local community.
Try it out, you will love it!
