Love that they have a Krispy Kreme back in Tucson. It was insanely busy because of the birthday celebration promotion, but I was in and out in about 20 minutes. That was good for how many people were there. The staff was pleasant and smiling and the doughnuts were amazing as always.

other than not being greeted when I first came in or even acknowledge for like 5 minutes. Everything was great I ordered a raspberry filled glazed donut and a frozen caramel mocha latte they were both delicious. I would recommend this place to others as well. And this was my first time ever coming to Krispy Kreme was a nice experience.

I just purchased a dozen donuts 🍩...so delicious 😋😋😋😋 I'm currently outside on their patio eating them...

technically i would give them a 3.5 star for my last visit. i went for my birthday dozen freebie and the donuts were kinda mid. the service was fine and the employee was very kind and wished me a happy birthday as i left. that’s why i rounded up my official rating to a 4 star.

I went here to get some food for my pregnancy cravings and they hooked us up! Good prices for quality food. I really appreciated the customer service and the donuts were fresh!

The bearded older gentlemen with glasses is awesome!!! I’ll be back because his customer service was so great! He was working the drive through 12/12/23 thanks man!

Doughnuts are great. Coffee is good. The only disappointment is that they had run out of whipped cream for one potential customer's coffee request. The store is clean and the employees are cheerful. We will return for sure.

I placed an online order. They made me 3 dozen fresh doughnuts for my sons birthday and I got the Krispy Kreme hats , which was very exciting ! It was on time too!

The donuts and the chillers are tasty. A little more costly than.some of the other options that are available. The directions of Google maps were terrible the buildings are so close together that maneuvering around there is difficult. 2 near accidents in my short time in the area. The staff seemed quite overwhelmed. This was my first time there so not sure if that would be a typical scene

I had an issue with my doordash order and doordash support was no help at all. I got ahold of the store and a lovely person named ted answered and got everything figured out for me. The customer service was amazing, thank you so much ted! I will be back.
