The food was good and the service was great. My family and I had a good time, McAlister is a great place if you want to eat different than your typical fast food restaurant.
It was pretty good. I had the French dip, and though it was kinda on the small side, it was one of the best I've ever had. The spud max was decent, but not worth the price. The drinks were huge, so that was nice. I like the amount and variety of sides to choose from. All in all, I'd say it was good, but not worth the price.
The staff was super nice! We were doing a surprise lunch for a friend and one of the friends was on call and got a call right as we got our food! The lady that delivered our food didn't even bat an eye at bringing him a box. They also checked on us multiple times!! Really nice group!! The only thing I didn't care for is you leave your plates at the table when you're done! I feel bad having them clean up after us! Overall the experience was amazing!!
One of the best sandwich places. They have amazing gluten free bread. The meats are awesome. Not super salty. Steamed broccoli as a side! Awesome service. If you want just a good sandwich, at a good price with no long wait lines this is the place.
We always enjoy this place. None of the sandwiches are anything but great, as are the salads. The tea is some of the best I've ever tried. Nice and clean tasting, no clouds and very smooth. This trip, we finally tried a loaded Spud and were not disappointed. Word to the wise, a full size is actually two potatoes put together.
Also, for those with an allergy, they have gluten free bread (which was news to me on this trip). As with most GF breads, it doesn't hold together exceedingly well but it tastes great and allows you to enjoy one of this deli's awesome sandwiches.
We have eaten at McAlister's in many states. Like most businesses each location can be hit or miss. This one was a definite hit. The place is clean and well kept. The counter staff was cheerful, friendly and very professional. We placed our order, took a seat and waited the arrival of our food. As usual the food was very good. The only suggestion we can offer is . . . Fill the soup cup and nacho cheese cup. Filling them half full does not make a good impression. Other than that, everything was very good. Give them a try.
We had a fantastic experience with our server Hope (ask for her!). The food was especially tasty. If you order the gluten-free bread - be sure to tell them not to cut the sandwich in half.
Good food, great service. Hands down the best sweet tea out of the south.
Fantastic sandwiches with every ingredient fresh. Have had the King Club (traditional but with lots of meat) Dad says their Southwest chicken sandwich is very good. Mom loves Rubens (sp?) and rates this as wonderful. Easy to spot from the street, plenty of handicap spaces, clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. They also have spectacular iced tea (sweet or unsweetened).
My wife and I have had several different sandwiches at McAlister's and enjoyed each one. Our son gets one of the several salads they offer and has always been satisfied. The staff are friendly and efficient. Prices are moderate. If you use the drive-thru on Tuesday and ask for it, they will give you a free one gallon container of their iced tea, which is quite good.
