We loved the warm ambiance. Andrew Wallace was especially attentive and friendly. The food was amazing and the portions generous. We will definitely go back to try some of the other menu items. We had a lovely experience.
A restaurant with take out or the option of either sitting at the bar or fine dining area.
We chose to sit at the fine dining area and had appetizer of cheesy garlic bread with sauce that was incredibly delicious.
Entree was served with salad and soup to start. Had the fettuccine Alfredo and shrimp and scallops. From salad to entree all felt like it needed a little more flavor so we asked for some salt and pepper and that was all it needed.
Service was quick, immediately seated around dinner time. Had a server in training that was very nice to us and very polite when asking if we were finished before bringing out the next plate or taking plates away.
Overall good experience. Might try the pizza next time.
My boyfriend and I loved the food. The pizza sauce was amazing!!! Found my new favorite pizza (the vegetable pizza); it was delicious. The atmosphere is both cozy and classy. A great place for date night or to dine alone. The staff was friendly, the bartender Courtney was funny and provided excellent service, and the owner Bazil even came and introduced himself. Overall great experience and delicious food! 10/10!
MUST VISIT!! We did fine dining tonight for two & it was AMAZING. Julie the young lady who sat us was so cool, courteous, & kind (be sure to tip her!!!!). There were a few younger gentlemen John, Franklin, & Ronny tended to us with water, bread, starters, & good conversation. Our server Sarah was informative, laid back & prompt with service. The people here TOTALLY matched our vibe. Food is DELICIOUS & we look forward to being back

Food is top quality fresh,pizza is crispy crust fresh toppings excellent.
The lasagna good as it gets.
Plenty of sauce meaty and filled with good stuff.
The bread was odd.
4 stars for the incredibly friendly staff (including the owner who stopped by to say hello!) & for the great ambiance & service. We ordered the angel hair pasta, lasagna and Bazil’s special pizza. The lasagna was our favorite part of the meal & we also enjoyed the sausage on the pizza, although the pizza was not our favorite in Tucson. Would definitely recommend checking out this restaurant if you haven’t been!
DELICIOUS doesn't do this pizza, or any of Bazil's other amazing food, justice.
Lots of love goes into the pizzas, antipasta, bread, lasagna, pastas and I buy their salad dressing by the bottle any time I'm picking up my to-go order.
The owner, Max, is a sweetheart and is working right beside his team - we always enjoy getting to visit with him any time we arrive.
Locally-owned, super delicious and easy to pick-up and go - what's not to love?

My wife and I dine here regularly, for good reason. Love the ambiance, food, drinks, and service. Excellent escargot, salad, and all of the entrees that I have tried.
The ambiance here is one of a kind. It reminds me of this place my mom and I used to go to in the early 90's, and I haven't seen the likes of since. In a good way. The service is smart and attentive. The food is excellent. Nothing I've never seen before, but things I really enjoy eating like steak, fish and pasta. The drinks were well crafted. We had such a nice time, and loved our quiet cacoon so much that we stayed for another round and desert's after we finished our meal, which I haven't done in a while. Today's dining atmosphere has been so fear- driven and tense, it's like airplane travel just after 911. Not here, you can actually relax and enjoy yourself which is one of the best parts of going out in the first place.
I was visiting from California lately. My friend had picked up a most delicious dinner of pizza and salad. What a delight! It had a white sauce, cheese and shrimp, and mushrooms. It was exceptional! Thank you very, very much!
Really good food, I had the fettuccine and scallops and a lemon drop. Very tasty, will come back. Recommend making a reservation.
