The best breakfast, and the best people in town! I've never been disappointed. The coffee is excellent, the home fries are delicious, and everything else as well! And the wait staff is friendly & quick. My coffee cup never gets totally empty - they are great!
Favorite new spot! Our breakfast was hot and served quick. Fantastic attention is given by the staff too.
Great breakfast place. Service is friendly and fast. Food was delicious. One of the best restaurant pancakes.
Hands down my favorite restaurant in Tucson. They treat you like a family member and every meal I've had has been delicious. 10/10 no notes.
It's been a few years since my last visit to Frank's... the food is just as good as ever and the staff is super friendly, casual and down to earth. My picky eater son loved his French toast and coffee. Coffee really is good. The country potatoes mwah and the fresh Tortillas are huge & wonderful... just eat them quick because they get cold and hard after a few minutes which I don't mind I think it's because they're not full of preservatives like the store bought kind.
Been coming here since '05 and it's still as amazing as Candice herself! Get here early, get the special, shut up and smile!
We had huevos rancheros, hash browns, and chorizo. Great authentic food and excellent service!
Been here twice only for breakfast and have been completely satisfied both times. Down home cooking and very fast service with a smile. I've driven past this place at least 1000 times and not sure why I never stopped in. I will definitely be going to try the Mexican food for dinner or lunch sometime in the very near future. Tucson is becoming way too corporate, and places like these are what I want. Definitely recommend.
Go for the food. Go for Candace. It’s a tiny place that’s bustling, you can sit in or out. Definitely a greasy spoon vibe. Get the chorizo or the huevos rancheros.
Candace our server has been there for 39 years and she is sassy and a little bad assy.
We’ve only been in Tucson 3 years and this our weekly breakfast go to. It is the best breakfast and the friendliest atmosphere. We’re moving on and will miss the folks at Franks.
This place looks like a run-down shack, but we wanted to try it anyway. So glad we did. It was kinda cramped inside, but let me tell you, the food and service were amazing! We walked a mile to get there. Would definitely do it again!
Absolutely a greasy spoon diner but the absolutely best kind. A small diner with a counter indoors and some patio seating out front. Service is quick and the food and beverages were fantastic. We enjoyed the huevos rancheros and chorizo eggs immensely. The parking lot is small so you might need to park along the curb down the street, but well worth it.
