Kim was a pleasure to work with. She always answered our emails and questions in a timely manner. The food trucks were picked served Hispanic food since we wanted our wedding guests to have more variety than the usual steak, chicken, and salmon offered at every other wedding. Each truck offered three different meals and a guest could pick one from each truck. The Cubans and empanadas were big hits since many relatives have never had these food items before. The guests loved how all the food was made to order and nothing was old or overcooked like at other weddings. My cousin has allergies and the food trucks were able to provide a list of what food he was able to eat.
This is the best stress-free way to throw a party. I have used Tampa Bay Food Trucks for all of my larger events - Birthday parties, office party etc. The guest loves ordering what they want and the food comes out hot and DELICIOUS. The team helps to select the best truck to meet the style of the event and everyone arrives on time, is processional, and makes the clean up non-existent. I HIGHLY recommend booking a truck with them for your next event, so as a host, YOU get to enjoy the event too!
We did not want a traditional sit-down meal for our wedding and Kim at Tampa Bay Food Trucks made that happen for us! Her communication and ability to answer any/all of questions while helping to tailor the Food Truck Menus really made it enjoyable to work with her. The 3 Trucks - St. Pete Taco Lady; Pamz Pizza Conez; and Top Nosh Street Food had everything from Tacos to Pizza to Lobster Rolls to ensure all dietary needs of our guests. All our guests loved the food and unique experience of having food trucks at the wedding. If you're thinking of doing something unique and fun for dinner. I highly recommend using TBFT!
We used Tampa Bay Food Trucks for our wedding at Nova 535 in St. Pete and it was AMAZING. From start to finish, it was a unique and wonderful experience. We worked with Kim (who is THE BEST to talk with) and as a fellow foodie, she was a huge help and gave valuable input.
Their food truck selection is overwheleming! So many to choose from! We eneded up picking 2 trucks/cuisines and they were a smash hit! Months later people are still talking about the fresh yummy food and the experience. I highly recommend TBFT for your event.
Kim is quite literally one of the reasons are wedding went off without a glitch. We hired Kim and TBFTR To cater our wedding, she answered every questioned and assured us that every hiccup or worry that we had would never be a problem.
We chose a handful of truck options and Kim gave us the best ones, I swear. Every truck was EXTREMELY kind, the service was amazing, and our guests LOVED every option and are still talking about it! We asked Kim during the process about a few different “requests” during the wedding and she delivered every single one of them.
Fishin’ Chicken, Melt Machine, and The Chiefs Cantina were freakin amazing. I cannot wait to visit them more 🥹❤️

Recently had them provide food for our son’s graduation party, it was an absolute hit! We had so many compliments on the food. Trish was amazing to work with, coordinated everything. They were very thorough, and friendly, as well as affordable. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

What can I say about Kim and Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally except that they saved this mama’s life! We had the concept of an outdoor event with food trucks for our son’s wedding reception even before he got engaged. So, when the time came, I began to search out food trucks on my own. Luckily, I came upon the TBFTR website which immediately grabbed my attention. And am I glad it did! Kim Sanders was invaluable in all steps of planning our event, from helping us decide which types of cuisine we wanted, to the number of trucks we would need, to reserving the trucks for the event. Then, along with her assistant Jessica, she was there well before the event until all clean-up was finished that evening. She answered every question and concern I had along the way. This is our fourth child to get married, fourth wedding reception to plan and, by far, the absolute least stressful occasion of the four. Our guests are still raving about the amazingly delicious food provided by Nico’s and The Rolling Gourmet (how about those fries…YUM!) and how much fun it was to have a genuine food truck walk-up “experience”. And can I tell you how excited the kids (and grownups!) were about the sundae and snow cone bar provided by Chief’s Chill-out? All of the food was fresh, made to order and served quickly. It was a perfect evening and I am so very thankful that Kim and Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally was there to help us out! Let’s have a party so we can do it again!
