Big shout out to Burger King � � !!! I went through the drive thru this morning at the Ybor City location and when I got to the window they would not take my money. I was in uniform and was told that they don't charge officers.

This one is a great option very well located with ample parking it's easy to find this store here in Tampa It's an option in front of McDonald's. Because if you want a cheaper and excellent quality burger, you will also find it here at Burger King. Parking is large, service is good and the store always has great service.
The customer service received here is always great! Some of the friendliest ladies working the counter. Food is average amd the place is always clean just hard keeping the riff raff out
Every time I come here, the ladies on the drive through and behind the counter treat me better than any other restaurant I've ever been. Burger King is burger king, you can expect the same kind of fare regardless of where you go; but this burger king shines for the kindness and excellent customer service provided by the staff.
Today was an amazing day at Burger King. The gentleman at the window was very generous and had no issues using coupon or making sure my custom order was correct. I custom order a lot of food from different fast food joints and today's experience was in the top of all the other stores.
Chicken snack wrap is perfect for a quick bite to hold you over while running errands.
Love the staff. They're courteous and friendly. Always helpful.

The women on drive thru 12pm Jan 24 is a keeper give this women a raise something as simple as good customer service, being nice and handling the lunch rush like a pro not rushing not getting flustered,quick service, it's rare to find someone like this in fast food where you can drive away a little happier just on service alone
Dirty tables, employees playing with phones and talking loud about jokes. While customers are waiting . The soda machines are always empty or no ice. No napkins at times . Restroom Nasty from homeless taking showers in the restroom.

Just Burger King's located in Ybor, across from the super busy McDonald's. It's kind of hard to get in and out of, But people tend to forget about it because of McDonald's. I go there mostly for breakfast and the ladies at work there are awesome. It's my neighborhood breakfast stop!
