Long John Silver's (31434)

Each time I have come to this location it has been a tough one. Today!!! Wow What a turn around. First I came in and was greeted politly. 80 music playing softly, not blairing. I confirmed info and placed my order. I needed 10 cent so I told the waiter I would run out to my car (parked directly outside less the 1 minute away) as I came back inside I found that, my order was ready and I finished paying. The cup for my drink was made available, without me asking. When I sat down, I expected the food to be cold. Not at all. Hot Fish, French Fries and Hush Puppies. I was so plesently surprised. The staff was focused on the job at hand and the lobby was quickly cleaned when people left the store. What keeps me coming back is the fish... today I can accredit the desire to return on the entire experience. The young guy was so quick and courteous, the manager was so helpful and the lady with the braids... perfection! Thank you for helping me rebuild my love for this brand. The lobby was a little cold, there was a mess on the floor in the lobby that could have been moped up... and a lady that was behind the counter playing with her hat and hair (red)... other then that it was very nice today! 🙂 Thank you

When my mom comes to visit we go here because she really enjoys the fried fish. We ask for it fresh out of the fryer. It is always amazing.

Omg...couldn't believe during a recent trip to Tampa from St Petersburg/Gulfport to vist Busch Gardens that Tampa still had one open. During the years we raised our kids in Kansas, we ate there often and have missed their fish. It's amazing how good it is here.

Love this place, and it's great that you can get a cheeseburger combo with a piece of LJS fish added on and some awesome rootbeer. Reminds me of my childhood!

Well I had to drive almost a hour to get here to get my favorite Long John Silver's because there isn't any in Pinellas county for some non logical reason or another but anyhow... I pulled up here with my father & the guy on the intercom said just one moment please, as any drive thru does. & Within a few seconds the friendly voice returned. And said thanks for being patient that he was the only employee working at the moment. At that second I thought I was being handed a disappointment. But I was extremely mistaken!!! The friendly voice then stated that he had just pulled fresh chicken and fresh fish that he had just personally dropped into the fryer himself himself & said he had plenty for whatever we needed. After we ordered we then pulled around to pay and seeing there was customers inside also ordering, The worker then opened the window & My Father & I met Jordan the only employee that was working. After being handed our food very promptly and everything was in there I told him I would leave a review on my experience. He thanked me very politely and my food was still hot and Sooo Delicious when I got back home. Now I want to point out I'm a business owner and so is my father. Business people see business people and if the owner of this particular Long John silver's hasn't met you in person or doesn't know about you yet, I hope he does after this review because I would Have you as the GM in that Location if I was the owner there or the DM ... Well nuff said and Thanks a ton bud not all are built like you.
