Krystal is never a bad experience. If you like tiny burgers. This location has had solid employees for decades. The staff is always polite and I've never had an incorrect order come from this location. However, i only go here a couple times a year so that could just be luck.
Wonderfully made. Hot and tasty. Fries were fresh and hot too. Simply perfect. Cashier apologize for our wait however I would have hung around for a hour to get that quality of food.
The staff were cool..i ordered in the drive thru after 10pm and my food came out in a timely manner hot and fresh. Love krystal burgers, and i love the fact they have wings on the menu. Only 4 stars cause the wings were like bite sized, although delicious and I'll most likely get them again.
Okay so I like Krystal's. This particular store is always clean, and the staff always seem to be friendly and helpful. The food? Well it's Krystals! I LOVE IT. 4 Double Cheese, med. Fries, and medium drink under 8 bucks, what's not to like?
This place is in sketchy part of town, the establishment itself was nice, customer service was good, & they served up your food quick. The restaurant itself was clean but I can't speak for the restrooms bc I didn't go in there. If you like sliders & don't mind the sketchy neighborhood this is the place for you.
Our order was on Point! They accomplished 3 24pks and fries all special order without a problem! Service was great and they were very polite! Great job y'all, thanks for curbing the craving :)
O M G. Comfort food at its best. I have eaten at White Castle in New York and this place comes close to that nostalgic taste for me. Nothing redeeming here other than the slider type burgers of my youth. I do not understand chili-cheese fries though.
Love Krystal's but the customer service at this location was horrible. The girl that walked in to help us after we were standing there for about 5 minutes was mad and in a hurry to go back to her phone because she was in the middle of an argument with someone on it.

They forgot about me.
Even though I was the only customer in the restaurant.... Its not their fault though its probably because I was in the restroom. The restroom was... well I guess better than the restroom attached to the that sketchy gas station where the only two customers are asking you "where the toonchie is " followed by "do you have 46 cents?". Like why not ask me for 50 cent ? Like even I was ti give you anything, you expect me to count out 46 cent...and what the H.E double hockey sticks is toonchie?? ...
Anyway after leaving the restaurant with my food the bag ripped as I was crossing fletcher and the random high wind blew two of my crystal burgers and all my ketchup packets down the street leaving me with only one Krystal Burger, Fry's, and two napkins balled up in my fist. Oh yeah, I spent my last $3 on that meal. But it's okay the burger was good, I was able to enjoy it at the Wawa across the street where I was asked for $0.32 and a few other weird handouts. But that's for Wawa's review not this one.
Overall my experience here was pretty good I guess I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and loved ones. 😬
The lovely folks at Krystal's always take good care of me! I've been eating breakfast there for years! They're always friendly and quick! Keep it up ladies and gents!
