I have never been so pleased with a food experience in my entire life. My husband and I are avid Chinese food eaters. We’ve tried just about every restaurant. I went in to Top China and ordered a few different things off the menu that I get from every restaurant and I’m beyond impressed! The food was still hot by the time I finished driving 30 minutes home. The food was absolutely delicious. My new favorite is the Mongolian beef that was given to us extra. It was spicy but delicious! Definitely my new favorite restaurant and will come back again.
Owner was so sweet. Tofu Pad Thai was out of this world!!!!! Chicken fried rice was amazing!

Food was spectacular. The owner, Robert, took very good care of me. This was my first experience ordering from the restaurant. I did an order for delivery of egg drop soup, spring rolls, Moo Goo Gai pan, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Lo Mein, and Chicken Pad Thai. Everything was absolutely delicious. He even makes these delicious fried rice noodles but they are fat and delicious, not like the skinny ones you get at other places that have been sitting around forever. They were hot n fresh. I also ordered 2 sides of chili oil and, man, I've never had chili oil this good! If you order it, don't be fooled cuz this stuff will knock your socks off. Just what I like! So if you order from this place and like the food, like I did, please take the time to give this man and his restaurant a good review. He's out here trying to make a living just like the rest of us. It's soooo easy to give a negative review, but how about when someone does a great job preparing food for you? Thank you Robert for such a great spread of food. Next time I'm coming in so I can introduce myself to you and say thank you in person!

I get times are hard now but staff at Top China adding their own tip amount to a paid bill is unacceptable, period!
I was a first time customer here a few days ago and I ordered two meals from the lunch menu for me and my wife. The food was horrible and I tasted freezer burn on meat. The rice was hard and bland. My wife’s dish was so bad she just threw it away. I didn’t complain just wanted to leave and find somewhere else to eat because we was strapped for time.
The meal cost me $17.74 plus a $5.00 tip I put in the cash jar. (This was paid upfront before the food was prepared) I paid with card and on the receipt I put cash in the tip area because I already tipped in cash. Today my card was charged an additional $5.00 bringing my total to $22.74!
It’s not the money but the principal, these thieves added a tip that was not Authorized by me. Watch out and check your statements you might be surprised.
UPDATE: Since contacting Top China was pointless, Cash App support took care of it.
And FYI pretty sure those reviews about Top China having good food is 100% BOGUS
When I first arrived I thought the prices were a little too high. I ordered sesame chicken and Crab Rangoon I was thinking since worth in his bougie side of town the food is gonna be trash lol man this guy threw down in the kitchen this is some of the best sesame chicken I eat and a long time I would’ve gave you a five star but your crab Ragan is trash there’s no crab in the raccoon but that cream cheese was on point #ImpeccableCreamCheeseTriangles Lol
The food was amazing! Service was great and fast. The fried chicken, ragoons and shrimp fried rice is my go to!
Delicious food and cooked at the moment, when I go to Tampa I will return to this restaurant
I work around the corner from here and love this place for a quick lunch spot. Incredibly nice over the phone, A+ for their measures to socially distance, great service, and all of the food is fantastic and reasonably priced. Not your average takeout Chinese place, a true gem in South Tampa. Wishing you guys all the best in this difficult time, and many more years of success!
Excellent Food, Great Service and Price. Delivery Took only 10 minutes to get to me. That's Fast! The Sweet & Sour Chicken is second only to the order I had in Chinatown, NY for double the price with the only difference being: A hint of Garlic powder in the Sweet & Sour sauce. Honestly, It's Great. Tso's Chicken is Decent too, I forgot to tell them Hold the Broccoli, my Bad. Excellent Staff though, they stacked my order up with Napkins, Paper Plates and Plastic Utensils by request. You got to give this place a try. Especially if you're visiting from NYC and know what Real Chinese Food Tastes Like.
Top China has super fast delivery and the food is very good. Like most Chinese restaurants that serve good food, you're better off taking it to go or having it delivered. The atmosphere in the restaurant it's like most any other Chinese restaurants lacking character and very plain. I've never actually ate at the restaurant, but I get takeout and delivery all the time. If you read this please give it a 👍
