The service has improved a great deal in the past two years. I only go once a year at the end of the school term for a completion celebration. The waitress was pleasant and on point with refills and getting orders together for a group of 14. .Bravo to waitress, I do apologize I do not remember your name but your child goes to Potter Elementary School.

I recently had the pleasure of trying burger deal at Steak 'n' Shake. What a delight!! I'm in love.... The first bite was an explosion of flavors in my mouth. These burgers are so juicy and delicious and the flame-grilled taste is on point. I tell no lies when I say I savor each bite I take, enjoying all the toppings of onion, tomatoes and pickles. These burgers are so good that you don't even need any condiments. The fries are always fresh and hot. I still have yet to try the shakes which I have no doubt will be most satisfying. Prices are excellent, staff is quite pleasant and the restaurant is clean. The drive-thru experience was easy, no long lines. Ever since, this has been mine and my kids go-to eating place after church now. It has definitely set a new standard for what a fantastic tasting hamburger should be. If you're a burger enthusiast like me, do yourself a favor and give it a try. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Steak n Shake for such an experience.
Bryan was very professional and patient with my daughter and me as we ordered our food and drinks. He had no issues with replacing my fries that supposed to had NO salt. He should be rewarded for his top notch customer service.

This was a decent location. You order on the tablet for dine it. Ordered the double combo with the garlic bread. Food was as expected. There was a bit of wait but you can expect that, as they are cooking the burger on the grill. Could of got something additional, but didnt want the sensation of being overly full.

United States had great team members. They cared about the manner they cooked food and prepared shake. We had our shake brought to us by an incredibly nice gentleman. That peanut butter cup shake was the best shake!! Everything was great!
Took a long time to get our shakes, and there was way too much whip cream—but they still tasted good. And happy hour is weekdays from 2 to 4. Hack: say no to whip cream so you definitely get enough shake.
