I don't normally leave a review but when I do it really means something. This place has been holding it down as my regular McFlurry/shake place for about a year now. The recipe is Oreo McFlurry ask for two servings of extra caramel. It'll be 75 cents extra and if they mix it right it'll be the most delicious McFlurry you ever had.
P.S. Make sure they give you the caramel from the pump, not the drizzle that goes on top of the lattes.
Honestly the best McDonald's in New Tampa! The food is always right. Your never missing anything in your order so you don't have to double back or call! So nice!
Very busy location. No waiting to be served. Food was hot,just the way I wanted.
We visited late, like 10-11pm. The woman who took the order was friendly and courteous, though there was quite a very long line. Very excellent customer service
Love that they decorate for holidays. Pretty fast most of the time. Good job team!

A McDonalds is a McDonalds. The difference is how much the staffs cares. This one has an excellent and understanding manager. I came in with a couple issues, and he explained what was going on for the first one and he solved the second one on the spot. I can also tell he's firm with his staff, as the food was above average to excellent for freshness for McDonalds establishments.
This is a good McDonald's chain location. The staff is nice, service fast and it seems clean and safe. I like their burgers and fries for lunch and Egg McMuffin at breakfast time, it is good size and tastes fresh and good.

I'm from Alabama, where a late night trip to McDonald's could mean an hour or two to still get your order wrong. This one was different. The line was around the building, but we got through it in less than 10 minutes. Our food was steaming hot, and they got our order completely correct. This is unheard of back home, and things like this are why I want to move to Tampa!! Thank you!!
Nice and fast, they always have quality food and for the most part the service staff is friendly.
Their breakfast is always on point and their hasbrowns are always cooked perfectly.
I know mcdonalds isn't always the healthiest place to eat, but this place make fast food taste great.
Like Kramer from Seinfeld said, it's good food fast.
This my go to spot for fast food.
