I really like this Planet Smoothie the customer service is always good. This location is very clean from what I could see. They are helpful,patient and very polite. If you haven’t already tried the PBJ smoothie I would recommend you do. It’s so so good.

The guy working tonight Friday, March 4th was extremely kind and helpful! I came in with my fiancé right before closing and felt bad asking so many questions right before closing time but he was patient and friendly while helping us out. The smoothies he made are also delicious! Excellent customer service, we will definitely be back!
i just wanted a smoothie and i’ve never been here before. The worker Alysa was very welcoming and helped me pick which smoothie i was interested in today. i got the peanut butter power up and the taste was amazing and i got it in no time. Definitely coming back. she made the experience great for my first time at planet smoothie. This will be my go to place for smoothies now
My first visit to Planet Smoothie was Monday and I’ve been here every day since! Audrey is amazing. She is so helpful and gave me the perfect recommendation for what I was looking for regarding my needs. Her bubbly attitude is super contagious and her smoothies are BOMB which will keep me coming back for sure!
I recently visited this place not expecting much, but it was very clean and well kept! the immediate assistance from Alysa was very welcoming making my experience all the more enjoyable! the speed and pace making my smoothie was very immediate, and the taste blew me away! definite props to the staff, as the overall experience couldn’t have been better! definitely going to be my place for my smoothie fix!
First time traveling customer and Adriana (most likely spelled wrong) was awesome for the quick visit. The lobby was clean, the music had the employee and myself dancing while she made the drinks. I was stuck between two flavors and she encouraged their kale tropical. Not only is it delicious, she even gave me a little cup (some excess that didn’t fit in my cup) to try before even handing me the actual drink. Will be back to try the other flavor next time in town and enjoy the atmosphere.
Smoothies are almost always great and they always have good specials. Some of the young kids recently hired have made the service not as great unfortunately, but I think that's because they need more training. One girl clearly lacks professional skills and chomping on her gum while taking your order is not acceptable!!
I usually don’t use google review but this time I just had to. I am not sure her name but the very sweet girl with a pretty smile who wore glasses made a hectic day of mine feel so much better. The place was so busy and she was the only one working and remained so calm and organized and never broke her smile. I felt like I was having a hard one but nothing compared. I have visited this Planet Smoothie in the past and the guy that was there was so robotic and unfriendly this young lady was definitely a refreshing change and Improvement. I hope she is there to stay because for that reason I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much girl you rock and keep at it!
Roiman was holding it down solo. While there was a wait, he didn't become frustrated or impatient. I dropped one of my 3 smoothies as soon as I got to my car, ran back in and he quickly had it replaced for me. Thanks guys for being open even as all of us restaurant/food workers are short staffed.
