Pizza came out fresh and hot as I ordered it. I ordered through the online app and it went to a different Papa John's out by University instead of the one here in New Tampa. They help remedy the issue called the other store and have it transferred over for me no issues whatsoever thanks so much. To not have this issue in the future I would put photos of the store that the order is going to on the online app.
This location is awesome. That new garlic stuffed-crust pizza is over the top, a present to your taste buds!
I had to change my review. I do not know who made that pizza yesterday evening, but it was off the sauce. Best pizza I have had my whole life. I usually prefer family pizza chains. I had the one topping cheese crust pizza. This is the spot to get pizza from and shout out to the staff who work there yesterday evening around 8pm. You have earned my business from here on forth.

My favorite pizza place for sure! Their meatlovers pizza is always on point and I love their extreme Hawaiian HOWEVER there never seems to be enough pineapple. No matter how many times we order the extreme pineapple it only seems to have like half the pizza covered in pineapple. When I think extreme pineapple I expect an entire can of pineapple to be dumped on my pizza, a big can.
Lightning quick - waaaay earlier than expected - and the driver had no issues figuring out gate instructions. When our bloodthirsty chihuahua ran out at him, he didn’t even flinch. With nerves like that, I wouldn’t test him in a game of chicken. Everyone knows what Papa John’s pizza is like - this was good as usual. Thank you.

Papa Johns pizza is the only pizza my family eats; they can’t get enough of the breadsticks!!! The customer service experienced during pick ups is spot on and the DRIVERS provide excellent delivery-with-a-smile service again and again ;-)
