well , i am a big fan of coldstone , i love it , just the last two times were not good experience. i always order from the App cheesecake / strawberry mixed with pecans. last time they just forget about the strawberry, and the one before they just forgot about the pecans. it did not taste as good as the ones I ordered before.yet the people are nice and respectful and I Hate to Complain. I am not too mad .
So I haven't to cold stone creamery in over a year. My fiancé has never been either so we decided to go today! I tried one of the new signature creations Frosted Pumpkin Bread ice cream on a waffle cone. It was so delicious! They had all my favorite toppings. My fiance enjoyed his as well & we will be back again !
This is a wonderful ice cream place. I have enjoyed it for years. All their flavors and toppings are delicious. Kids and adults enjoy the nice ice cream treats here. Staff is nice and seem clean and safe.
The first time I've been to this location. Cold Stone is a family favorite and stopped in after leaving busch gardens. As always, ice cream was delicious. Recieved great service from the girl behind the counter. Friendly and gave us just want we asked for.
Really good options of ice cream. Not crazy sugary and sweet. They make different kind of sundaes and fresh waffle cones which is awesome. Removing one star becoz I ordered a big box full for take away. they packed wrong flavour of ice cream and then the box wasnt even 3/4th full which was disappointing.
Great customer service, clean store, and absolutely delicious ice cream. In the picture you have strawberry ice cream, banana ice cream, and butterfinger bars mixed together in a waffle bowl with caramel on top.
Only place where i buy ice cream. I always get the oreo overload and it's so good. There's dark chocolate chips in there and i don't even like dark chocolate, yet i love it in my ice cream.
delicious “Cheesecake Fantasy!” weird vibe in the store however, a bit sinister… great waffle cone, though.
Cold Stone is excellent ice cream. They make all the ice cream in the store every day.
The best ice cream they have is the banana 🍌. It is made with only the sweet cream base and whole bananas in the ice cream machine.
Being a Saturday night, we expected a long line... It's Cold Stone. This location is not taken care of my the owner, so the visuals aren't as appealing as other cleaner locations. The ice cream still absolutely perfect! The staff were professional and worked very efficiently, which kept the line moving. Will go back only if we're in the area.
