Hands down best gluten free bread, and I have been doing gluten free for 30 years, tried them all. BIG slices ( you gluten free people know how hard that is to find), great texture. This one is even low carb! And the price is under 6 dollars, most GF breads are much more.
And it's packed with flax, millet, rice, seeds... so it's good for you. Don't know how they do it.
I have to add, I, too, have seen mold on some loaves in the past 15 years. This happens when you purchase it at somewhere like nutrition s'mart. They get the bread once weekly, so you need to know when it's delivered. Also, the mold appears to be from a fingerprint. So whoever is packing the loaves into the bags at the bakery, they should have clean gloves on. Quickest way to make bread moldy is to touch it with your fingers.

My daughter and I do not consume gluten, so this place has been AMAZING for gluten free alternative items that TASTE normal and amazing! We LOVE their millet and flax spinach pies, pita, burger buns, and dinner rolls and drive all the way over there from Orlando to stock up on our favorite items. It feels so good to be able to have gluten free bread products that are not gross and don’t have a bunch of fillers and preservatives like the products in regular grocery stores. Also the customer service is amazing and the guy who is always in the store is so nice, friendly, and generous.
Mo has great customer service and has been very kind everytime I visited. Great bread, pita chips, pizza crust and more! One of my favorite are the low carb pita chips. Highly recommended.
I bought one of their products at a Natural Health Food Store in Lake Mary and I loved it. I came n line to check on that and decided to leave a review. I was born with a lot of food intolerances and had no digestive issues eating their wraps : Millet & Flax Spinach Lavash.
