Haven't been to CiCi's in years! I'll tell you this location was great! The pizza was very fresh and tasty! The salad bar was fully stocked and also fresh! Pasta was cooked nice. Staff was friendly too!! Definitely had a Great experience here and definitely will be back
As a lover of pizza, this is definitely not in the top three, but it’s a nice spot to hang out with friends and family! The area was clean, the ladies working behind the counter were attentive and frequently changing out the pizzas. While they had TVs, they weren’t loud and obnoxious, so you can still enjoy speaking with your peeps. The bathroom was clean as well. I enjoyed playing some of their arcade games which you can get a card for that you can refill. A little bit expensive to play consistently, but it’s nice for just chilling. Don’t forget to check their website for special deals as they have certain sales on certain days or sometimes a two for one!
The variety of pizzas are great, and they will make you anything you want. Pasta is well cooked and you have your choice of tomato sauce and alfredo sauce. The soups are very tasty. They have a very good salad bar. It is self-service, but the servers are very good at keeping the tables clean and making sure you have everything you need. Also, you can't beat the price at $8.95!
We actually love this place. The staff is nice, the pizza is decent and my toddler loves the freedom of being able to have fun and not feel like she's getting in the way.
Every staff member was helpful and kind, the whole restaurant, arcade area and restrooms were very clean and the food was hot fresh and yummy. I was very happy with my experience.
The Food was Great The Soup was excellent the only Thing i was not so happy with Drinks coke option tasted like Water and ice we had to pick it up with a scouper because it didn't work on the ice machine overall everything else was Great

We've been coming to this CiCi's for years when in Tampa. The food quality is consistent. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. While not gourmet food, it is an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet, a type of restaurant thst is fading away and still a good value.
very lively place. lots of kids. many video games. they will make a pizza of your choice if you don't find it on the buffet. they even have an air hockey game!
The food is average and the overall experience was average as well. Missing were condiments like salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Unfortunately the value has decreased since you pay what it costs to eat at most fast food restaurants.
