This is located at the heights public market which is a great place to spend a Sunday afternoon! There's all kinds of vendors, an outdoor area with more vendors and live music.
Great atmosphere! The sushi burrito was filling and well made. Nothing too complex, and there will be a wait of about 10 minutes after you order- but you can walk around and explore and receive a text when ready.
I ordered the land & sea sushi burrito with shrimp tempura and chicken which was about $13 with tax!
It's not really a burrito. Just 2 huge pieces of sushi. It's wrapped in nori. It a tortilla. That said this was very good. I paid $18 with tax. A little pricey but it's sushi. Sushi ain't cheap. I'm only visiting Tampa but if I come back, I'd definitely go here again.
Oh and they have a soy sauce fountain. It's like the exact opposite of Chinese restaurants being stingy with soy sauce.
I added my soy sauce to the box. Don't forget yours if you take it to go.
I recommend the sushi burritos and the poke bowls are pretty good as well. Zukku is one of my favorite vendors in Armature Works and they are one of the OG vendors from the start.
They have menu options but the “build it yourself” options are very popular and usually what I go with so I can customize it. The orange chilli sauce is a must have btw.
Our go to sushi, poke bowl place for consistently fresh sushi and accommodating and friendly staff. Have loved coming here since they opened.

This is the place to be. Great vibes, trendy style, crowded but not overwhelming. That’s the whole plaza. Now, Zukku Sushi is the spot to search for, once there.
They are definitely a canvas and you are becoming a private artist chef. Treat yourself!
Loved everything I tried, the person taking my order while was so nice and patience, the ambiance was great for a chill weekend lunch. part of my order in picture
On a recent trip to Tampa, my daughter ordered one of the sushi burritos from Zukku Sushi. It was DELICIOUS! It's essentially an uncut sushi roll- but wow. so good. highly recommend!!

Great food at a great price, replete with heaping portions. My wife and I each had a sushi burrito. I opted for the spicy tuna burrito, which was huge and delicious. They also offer enormous glasses of Sake. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a European market, similar to San Miguel's and Mercado de la Paz in Madrid. There are many other options for food in this area.
If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Visiting from Texas and yet to experience a flavorful sushi place like this in my own city. We had the volcano lobster and the gulf burrito. Hands-down the best sushi I've ever had! So tasty and flavorful. My daughter made us come back the 2nd day for dinner. 😁
This is my absolute favorite restaurant to eat at when at Armature Works. The staff is always very friendly and the management is spot on. Their food is always super delicious no matter what you get. My favorite thing about them is that I can customize my rolls, bowls, and sushi burritos. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
