Good customer service, although very basic... without major impact on the consumer experience...
I ordered a Mocha coffee with almond milk and it was very good, good flavor...
The table area where we sat was untidy and dirty with crumbs of bread. The staff did not provide the service of having the table clean.

I've got the same drink from Starbucks for the last 5years and some places are hit or miss. This Starbucks nailed the Carmel macchiato. Not to say it wont be different another day 😂 But I was impressed today
There was no line. Made my favorite drink just the way I like and expected it. My sandwich was hot and delicious as well.
We are visiting Tampa and up to today this is the only good experience we have had. We arrived around 2:50pm unaware it was almost closing time. It was only until the baristas politely told us that they be happy to take our order but they will be closing in 10 minutes. Thank you for just being nice and kind to the 3 baristas that closed today. Kindness goes a long way.
Was thirsty for a simple unsweet tea. Their black iced tea was very refreshing!

This is literally the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff is always courteous with great attitudes. They always go above and beyond. Whether it's to help give you a boost in starting your day or you just need something to treat yourself, they're there! Just make sure that in the mornings or around lunchtime you order ahead. There's a lot of businesses around them so they get overflow w doing such a wonderful job ☺️☺️ -Kennie (chai/matcha)
